Train Your Brain Challenges Each challenge is designed to help you keep your brain sharp. 1. Complete a Sudoku puzzle. 2. Write down the names of your children, grandchildren, nieces and/or nephew's…or every neighbor on your block. 3. Learn and bake a new recipe. 4. Memorize three words in a different language. 5. Write a short poem about someone or something important in your life. 6. Sketch a “floor plan” of your childhood home. 7. Write your name with your non-dominant hand. 8. Complete a paint-by-number activity. 9. Play a memory game. 10. Work on a jigsaw puzzle. 11. Google the “Word of the Day” and memorize its meaning. 12. Read song lyrics upside down. 13.
