elevate your mindset, and infuse your days with extra intention and joy.

Go above and beyond with your wardrobe: Get dressed with
confidence, and then add one standout piece—something that brings
you joy or makes you feel a little more put together than usual. Try a
silk scarf, a spritz of your favorite perfume, a pair of fun earrings, or
even just shoes you love but often save for “special occasions.” Let
what you wear help set the tone for an amazing day.

Go above and beyond with your everyday tasks: Choose one daily
chore and take it up a notch. If you usually wipe down the counters,
add the backsplash. If you regularly delete email, double your goal. If
you always make the bed, fluff the pillows and fold a throw blanket at
