Here are 3 cleaning secrets for you to try out this week…directly from the pros! • Give cleaning solutions a chance to work: When cleaning, most people spray the cleaning solution and immediately wipe it off. The problem is that many cleaning products need time to “do their job.” Next time you spray something to clean it, like a faucet, do something else for a few moments, like emptying the trash. Then, come back and wipe. • Don’t do everything at once: Most cleaning companies divide their work among many people. Sometimes we have the luxury of having more than one family member living at home. If you do, be sure the workload is being divided evenly. If not, and it’s only you, divide the workload by assigning yourself different rooms on different days of the week…rather than, for instance, trying to get everything done on a Saturday. • Use microfiber cloths to dust. If you’re not already using microfiber cloths to dust, you’re wasting your time. Microfiber cloths actually catch the dust, rather than just moving it around. Plus, they’re reusable!
