____ 1. Kindness in a crisis. Kindness is in style anytime, but is absolutely, desperately needed during a crisis situation like the current coronavirus crisis. I've heard stories of people: fostering homeless dogs, sewing countless masks, doing grocery shopping for those who can't, applauding health care workers from windows and balconies, visiting nursing homes to offer love and comfort through the windows, and even small acts of kindness, like placing kindness rocks around neighborhoods. Schools are offering free, drive-up meal services...and teachers are going above and beyond, not only teaching online, but providing emotional support to students as well. So many companies have adapted what they normally do to help their employees and communities. Health care workers are putting their own lives at risk to help others...and working overtime, and triple time. It's all too much to mention. I feel that it's much easier to get through this crisis day-by-day when we take pause to remember the massive amounts of kindness being spread far and wide.

____ 2. Dust-free surfaces. Something that makes a room look unkempt immediately is one with dusty surfaces. While we certainly can't be dusting night and day, always keep microfiber cloths on hand and dust each room at least once each week. Don't forget the artwork or picture frames on the wall. Dust 'high first, low second' so the dust falls down...and then vacuum.

____ 3. Outdoor Wind Chimes. When I'm sitting outside relaxing, I find the sound of wind chimes so soothing. These wind chimes, specifically, are quite beautiful. I just love the tree of life symbol on them...and they have a beautifully clear, deep tone. They're the perfect gift for a mom, a neighbor, a friend, as a memorial for someone who lost a loved one, or basically anyone you care about. For more details, visit:
