Our E-mail Newsletter
Our e-mail newsletter is a companion to our Web site. It's always
filled with new organizing tips, and will let you know what's new on
our site. It also acts as a reminder to maintain good organizing
habits, in case you fall off track.
Our newsletter is published weekly on Sundays. If you sign up for
our newsletter, but do not receive it, here are a few typical
reasons:
1) If you have been receiving our newsletter, and just didn't
receive it this past week, perhaps your email inbox was full or
perhaps your email provider was experiencing temporary
technical difficulties. Before doing anything, wait until next Sunday
to see if you receive our next newsletter. If you do, it was
obviously just a temporary problem. If you do not, it may be one of
the other problems listed below.
2) You may have a personal spam filter on that is preventing our
newsletter from getting through to you. Please check your email
filters to ensure you don't have some criteria set up that may be
automatically deleting our newsletter or moving our newsletter to
another one of your folders, such as your Junk Mail folder. If you
discover you do have a personal filter on, please adjust the
criteria accordingly so you will begin to receive our newsletters
once again. Be sure you're allowing the charter.net and
aweber.com domains to get through to you.
3) Some email services require you to have our email address in
your 'White List' of emails you will accept. If this applies to you,
please put our email address: and the aweber.com domain on
your accepted list.
4) Many email services, in an attempt to combat spam, have their
own filters in place. When our newsletter is sent, if your email
provider thinks it may be spam, it may be automatically blocked.
Please contact your email provider by copying and pasting the
letter below and emailing it to them, so that they will consider
allowing our emails to get through to you, if this is the case. If they
do get back to you telling you they see no reason why our email
would not be getting through, please forward their response to us
