Featured Recipe Peach Vanilla Smoothie Peaches, to me, are one of the loveliest tastes of the warm weather season. This smoothie is a delicious, nutritious, refreshing summer treat. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do! Ingredients (Makes 1 Serving) 1 large ripe peach, white or yellow, pitted (about 6 ounces) 1/3 cup granola 2/3 cup almond milk 1/8 teaspoon almond extract 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (to taste) A few drops of fresh lemon juice (to taste) 1/4 cup of crushed ice Directions Place all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend until frothy, about one minute. You’re done!
