Work on these 5 mini challenges only…and I just know you’ll feel accomplished! 1. Set your timer for 1 minute daily: Set your timer for 1 minute every day. Then, delete as many unnecessary emails as you can before the timer sounds. This will help you weed out your current email clutter, and prevent new email clutter. 2. Establish tomorrow’s priorities: Before going to bed tonight, establish your priorities for tomorrow. This will save you time having to think about what you should be doing in the morning and you’ll be able to begin immediately. 3. Tidy your computer: Clean your computer keyboard using compressed air, a micro-fiber cloth, or a vacuum cleaner with a soft brush. Dust off your computer monitor and use an appropriate solution for cleaning the computer screen. Finally, take a disinfectant wipe and clean off the mouse and screen remote. (While you’re at it, use that wipe to disinfect your telephone.). 4. Banish germs: Disinfect your house phones, office phones and cell phones this week with a cotton swab and rubbing alcohol. The bacteria that builds up on phones is...in one word...YUCK! 5. Sweep under kitchen appliances: Move one heavy appliance in your kitchen like the refrigerator or stove. Get help if you can’t do it yourself. Sweep and wash the floor underneath it.
