So, what do I do next? Need to start a new Master list,I believe....walk thru the house this fall, and plan. There is always something to do.

Diana I'm so proud of you. I wish I could say my attic was finished but it will take a few years.

Everything is ready for school. Room is in great shape. I need to decide if I want this one container or not but that's something I have time on.

Been keeping up with house. Haven't been able to start on gures room but to do it and I have to get some attic work done first. I've been planning my attic so hopefully in a year I might jooin Diana in the happy dance. Might be two.

I've also keep up with things that needed to get done. Listing things on a daily bases help and also the small date book. Hopefully I can keep it up.

Right now I'm getting myself ready for work. I have outfit laid out with everything so I'll be ready. Ok now maybe I can get a good night sleep.

Hope the first day back to school goes smoothly. You are so devoted to your classes and room display. That is great.

I was so tired of listing and working on the basement all those years, I was embarrassed, and now I don't have to be. Gives me pleasure to see empty spaces, and know where things are. I might toss more as time goes on, but for now, I am happy with the amount of items I have and want to keep.

DD1s things and DDILs things can stay, don't bother me where they are.

Well, think I will do my bedroom closet next month as my ROTM.
Will need to change out for fall/winter, and there are some clothes I don't wear anymore. Time to get rid of them.

Jumping ahead of time I know, but this way I can plan it out.

WOOOOO HOOOOOO Dianaro!!!! What a great sense of accomplishment you must be feeling right now!

I did another post on this section updating what is going on with me......surgery done.....lots of life changing things and my four week recovery is going to be a lot longer due to complications that I never expected.

The surprise bad news is making me look at lots of things around me. Right now just resting and trying to eat and taking it easy. Plan is to try to start really tossing papers as I can lift and organize the(five pound limit).

BL: (((HUGS))) Just take care of yourself and concentrate on recovering from surgery. Do the rest only when you are feeling better.

Finally, it is getting cooler! So, this weekend, I plan to spend some time working in the 3rd room and getting a few things done.

I've been MIA lately but my plan is to finally get the house de-cluttered and organized! I know that that's been the plan all along but now with both my DS's in HS shocked I really want to get it done.

So I know Sept is starting soon but my hope is to re-reorganize some things in the dining room the rest of this week and to finish unpacking from our vacation earlier this month! I unpacked all my clothes etc but those other things you throw in just in case you want/need them while away all got thrown into an empty laundry basket, and I kinda really need that basket since sports are almost daily so the laundry is too!

I have done one thing in ROTM in the past 2 weeks and I was forced to do it. My scanner on my laser printer died....not a good thing esp with starting in the real estate biz.

So spent last weekend with sale papers and online doing analysis. Ended up with a desktop inkjet monster. After all the analysis, found a great deal with a hundred off list price, a fifty dollar trade in allowance, and the yields on ink were similar to that of the comparable laser ones. To make the deal even better, the ink cartridges are have the price of the laser ones, the machine I got has a second paper tray, 2 sided printing, flatbed and feeder for scanning and will scan either black or color....and it came with a second set of color ink cartridges. I shocked the kid at the store with what I knew and how fast I was able to calculate all the costs......cracked me up. He had been looking at the laser one too, but after my out loud analysis, he decided he was gettin the one I got too!

SO carried it in, unboxed it and with my guidance, put it together. Now all I have to do is get it all connected. I tried making a test copy and found I can save even more on printing costs by using the "draft" mode which uses less ink and still comes out really good!

Have my first real estate closing this week for a lease, not much $$$, but enough to cover this and my copya for one of my pre surgery tests, so that is fine.....and I do get to write it off for biz too.

I think I got most everything done I set out to do this month. I know the attic is going to take a long time. If I can get it done in a year I'd be happy. We'll see if it happens. Oh I so hope it does.

I am going to go through some of my summer clothes. It has cooled down to the 90s and also it's 'after labor day' so I want to box some stuff up. As I box up stuff I plan on tossing as I go. A lot of the shoes are going to be trashed. They are either worn out or hurt my feet.

OK back to work.
