Absolutely! I dreaded cleaning my pantry after my exh moved out. I had done it before it was easily a full day job if not 2. So this time, I broke it down by shelf - I'd do just one or two of them. HUGE impact still and it didn't kill me AND gave me a sense of accomplishment. smile

The 15 minute rule works well too.

This is what I like to do: write on a post it 5 things to clean/clear in this space to make the most impact or most needs to be done and go!

I usually write the easy stuff and get it done quickly, big feeling of accomplisment because I know it was at least 5 per room and I can 'see' it since it's written down. If there are bigger tasks (things I can't finish right away) I leave the post it on the wall and it becomes a reminder; I do it in the following days.

Great idea Bubblegum. When we make a list, it helps us focus. Otherwise we can waunder in circles thinking of all we need to do instead of doing anything. Good job.
