Mammo results were good. smile I was very relieved to hear that. Have had a needle biopsy done, previously, so, I tend to get a bit anxious.

Bless, Congrats on the good test results!

Tina, What can I do to help and encourage you? You seem to have really put a lot of effort into healthier eating. Very proud of you.

If you're backsliding, don't give it another thought. Dust yourself off and start from today on. What happened in the past doesn't matter anymore.

Thanks for the support.

The eating seems to be more under control but the exercise is a realistic issue.

I am wondering if a pedometer will help inspire me to get up and moving more.

I was also considering researching a gym as another option.

I also have the Wii Fit that I can get out and start using again.
