There has been a change in plans, and I won't be going. My son
had a medical emergency, and will be staying home. I offered to come and help, but he felt it wasn't necessary. Should he need me I will go. Fortunately he could go home to handle his situation the doctor gave him a choice.

The card making went well, and the ladies had a good time.

Never a dull moment! LOL TYG for taking care of my child. No matter how old they get, they are always our children.

Glad to hear you will have some YOU time. So sorry about the 1st grade teacher. How sad.

Diana, hope your son recovers quickly and completely. That is good that he had a choice to go home or not. Yes, we do worry about them, no matter how old they get, don't we? (((HUGS)))

I didn't even post a list, yesterday, because I knew I won't get around to doing anything! But I did stop at the Asian grocery store on the way home after picking up DD and stocked up on lots (too much?) of goodies that are generally unavailable at the regular grocery stores.

JDIs for today:

- Call and cancel DD's gymnastics class (she's sick) - DONE
- Call and excuse myself from attending monthly prayer meeting (they changed the previously agreed upon date and we are not free on the new date) - DONE
- Sweep the front door steps - DONE
- Water the garden - DONE
- Laundry _ DONE (6 loads!)
- Clean the house a bit - NOT DONE
- Mend a quilt - IN PROGRESS
- Take a nap - DONE

Just returned from a lovey luncheon with my felting friends.
Such a lovely group of women.

The weather is beautiful, and cool. Have to price and pack up the rest of my sales items for delivery tomorow this evening.

Got my sales items priced and packaged. Need to deliver them this afternoon.

Will work on knitting today

Having company the day after my DD2 and family left, was a great idea, didn't procrastinate on cleaning up the house, laundry, so today I can rest and relax!

I was away for a week to take my DGDs home to their Mama. It was nice to get away. The timing was great because I was able to assist their mother while she went for some important medical tests re: her unborn baby (due the end of Feb, 2013).

But now that I am home, I have lots of things to get done -
- continue with laundry - wash, dry, fold and put away
- PUPA
- veggie garden - harvest and deal with produce
- go shopping
- other tasks?

- ramp up for our next 3 events
- need to go over my 2011 tax numbers after talking to the accountant last week, and file my returns
- fill out form for naturopath dr appointment next month
- continue to chip away at clothes backlog
- try to chip away at weeds in yard
- see if my car will make it through the winter on my current springs/shocks
- clean desk!!!
- pickup meat on sale by tuesday - DONE by bf while I was riding yesterday - he is SO wonderful!
- I have 4 bottles of shampoo/soap/lotion in the bathroom that need to be cut open and contents scraped out. I've been lazy!- DONE

Diana, I hope your son is going well now.

DH has business in the city and we were able to have a visit with DS and family this afternoon, left after a delicious supper (DS makes killer ribs!).

Tomorrow I visit my friend who lives round the corner from the hotel, then join DH and two others for lunch, then DS wants to fetch me back to the house before DH is through! When do I get to shop? Oh well, I don't really need to.
