DS came in late during the night so when I woke up at 8:30 I couldn't be very productive without making some noise so I decided to work on closing up the budget for July; it took me a while because things didn't add up... Then I called DGF and we went for a 1hour run/walk again. Trained 4 times this week, yay me.

I've taken a shower, done my nails, the place in is good shape so I have no excuse to procrastinate on shcool work. Wish me luck in finding motivation!

Yesterday's productivity included finishing a document, getting it notarized, photocopied, and mailed, so, a trip to the post office, as well. Also, a trip to the pharmacy to pick up some medications for DD and myself.

Today, so far, I've taken DD to gymnastics and back, called my aunt to wish her for her b'day, and watered the front garden. Plans for the rest of the day include going to the library, maybe a trip to the bank (might put off till Monday), a trip to the crafts store, a trip to the electronics store, and attending a little girl's b'day party.

It finally cooled off, there is a lake concert tonight of 60, 70 and 80's music.

Just did my hair, pulled out a cute shirt, did my makeup, called a few friends, and off to party on the lake (hey, i'm getting older every day! ROFL)

Got the deck ready in case we come back here after the concert.

Good job all!

Hit 3 garage sales early this morning and bought 19 pieces of kids clothing, a few books, soccer shoes for DS, and a kids umbrella for 18 bucks. Not bad. Checked out a new farmers market and bought some fruit, went to a family fun event for DS, back home for a nap for the boys, dropped off a gift card for MIL that I didn't need, spent a few hours at neighborhood social/cookout, won a few raffle prizes and came home with a watermelon. Think DS spent at least 2 hrs in the bounce house today! Got all the clothes from garage sale washed, folded, 1/2 way put away. Vacuumed up cat hair from the bathroom. Got a video/photo slideshow uploaded and emailed out to family.

Think we may watch a movie and call it a night. Hoping to get out on my road bike early tmorrow morning, then hit the pool with DS if it is nice outside.

Went to church, and found out our pastor is leaving for another job. Boo Hoo. Such a great guy.

Met with my friend for dinner and another gal joined us here at my house for knitting and gabbing. Now am tired.

Hello! We are back from vacation. Had a fabulous time. We even tried kayaking this trip and that was a blast!

We are worn out as we spent all day on the road. Some stuff is unpacked and one load of laundry is done. The rest is piled in the dining room waiting for me.

We have our August family birthday party tomorrow which includes myself and DS who are both celebrating this month. So tomorrow is family day!

Waterlady and Dianaro - Thanks.

Yesterday afternoon was spent talking to my great aunt filling her in about Dad, she phones about once a week (she doesn't recognise you if you phone her), so it was a pretty long chat.

Today I insanely switched some furniture around, I can get into bed but only just, the PC/study desk is in the middle of the floor and theres piles of stuff everywhere. The two drawers from yesterday is next to the bed now, with one draw for books to read, and the other for bits and bobs one needs by the bed.

Tomorrow if I am up to it, I want to move the blanket box and bookcase out and put the pc desk there with plans to put the bookcase by the door. The later is going to be replaced by a storage cube system once I've got everything sorted.

The major problem I am having is that I am dumping everything on the bed, moving the funiture and then decluttering before the stuff on the bed goes back in. I really need to do it the OTHER way around.

I am officially living in chaos!

BBgum, great you went through the papers, I so need to do that.

Bless, sounds like you planned a busy day.

Diane, hope you didn't get soaked!

Fleur, you really know how to pack in full day!

Diana, hope you had a nice dinner out.

Jodi, welcome back, I love to kayack, we go on our lake here.

Purdi, I always find when there is that much chaos, you are almost at the end of the job. It's all uphill from there.

We went to the Lake last night and they cancelled the concert because of threatening t-storms. Laura and I decided to hang out anyway as they had a "decorated boat parade" that was just ending, so there were a lot of people out that I haven't seen in a long time.

Met my friend Sue and her husband, I first met her at my garage sale last year, and she is becoming a new friend of mine and Laura's. We stayed on the lake till 9, (was beautiful out) then we all came back to my deck until ???

Today Laura and I are going to a pool party at my dgf's. Hope I get home at a decent hour, I'm going to be exhausted.
