Had a great time with friends at the pool as well last night. Hung out with them for several hours then got DS home to bed and I crashed too early after getting the dogs walked. Was inspired by their very clean and non-cluttered house.

Packed up my bag and cooler, went to eat breakfast with good out of town friend who was making a pit stop, then browsed with DS through a few cool stores and even got free popcorn and lollipops in one. Off to the playground and sprayground for fun. Came home and washed all dirty dishes, put away clean ones. Finished up a work deadline and emailed it off. Can't get the steam cleaner to work which is not good. DS still talking away in his room when he should be napping. No nap the last two days for him frown Think I may take a quick snooze, want to hit the farmers market and possibly pool tonight.

Great pic and background....what a beautiful site.

Still chugging along here...got kitchen countertops cleaned, free groceries from last week put away, and another round of cleaning dirty dishes. Swept a gross corner of the garage out (spider stuff) and hosed down dirty paint cans and a bunch of dusty things. MIL gave us 7 bins to use for storage/organization. I can now return the one I bought yesterday. Didn't make it out of the house tonight...just having fun playing with DS. Downloading a video clip to send to a friend and going to walk the dogs. One more day off then back to work. DH coming home tmorrow too smile

Looks like a great day/night out Waterlady!

I have been doing some branch work as well as working away in the garden, laundry and the dailies.

DH is off today, so we are off to the park with a picnic in a bit. Have a wonderful day all!

Yup, it's a great spot and you can watch the sun set behind the stage as well.

Fleur, I'm wishing I can get back into my garage, maybe tomorrow, I so far have no work tomorrow.

Karen, a picnic sounds like fun. Enjoy!

I couldn't sleep Sunday night and was up early for my job yesterday. My new plumber takes a lot longer but he is very good. We left the job and then I had to go to the Post Office, bank, etc. Took Finn for a short walk.

I was really tired, Laura came and left after a quick visit, and it was all I could do to stay awake until at least 8:30. The minute I sat down I fell asleep.

Have two nice jobs today, they should go quick and will be nice to see the customers for my yearly service. Have to empty the truck from yesterday's work before I leave.

Today is garbage day, so have to clean out the fridge. I have a lot of veggies to cook when I get home today from friend's gardens. Maybe Laura and I can make zucchini pancakes if she gets home early.

Have a great day everyone!

Got alot done so far...dogs walked, load of laundry washed/dried, more dirty dishes cleaned and clean ones put away, made a kid creation with DS for his uncle's bday. Have to get DH to install a photo program so I can finish it off and get it printed/mailed.

Decided to tackle the digustingly dirty kiddie pool. Emptied the rest of the water to water the garden. Sprayed down the outside patio, hosed down the pool and scrubbed it with a cleaning solution, good as almost new! Did suffer the consequences of numerous mosquito bites though. ugh.

Trying to figure out how to spend the morning!

I was off yesterday, I did some branch work ROC is second bedroom. Now why is it most of the time my home is clutter free everywhere but the second bedroom, then when I want to declutter that space it turns out it gets messy all over??? Worked for almost 3 hours yesterday and it feels like a bomb exploded! Did 90min at first, I went through the closet, now have a donate bag, trash bag and bins in the kitchen, the room still isn't done and I've got a few items in each room waiting for a new place. I was starting to go in circles so I took a break. Made rice with frozen vegetables and chicken, threw in some Asian spices and voilà, lunch for two days. DM called she had been to the doctor, results are in and it’s lung cancer, treatment starts in September. Didn’t feel like working anymore, which set me back for a while.

The GONner in me said I’d best finish at least one spot so I finished decluttering the closet, put back the winter coats on the bed and the rolling tower then closed the door. Felt I had more energy so dusted the book case beside the closet, took out some books, some went to donation bag, others to the living room book case and some in the bins I’m taking to DM’s house for deep storage. Put a salmon pie in the oven for supper, made broccoli and cheese sauce (comfort food!)to go with it and sat in front of the tv. Major storm broke out so I closed the tv and the computer, washed the dishes then settled in to read before bed.

Today I work at 2:30, the plan is to continue decluttering in the second bedroom for 2hours, eat lunch, get some stuff at the grocery store, then I need to swing by DGF house (5 minutes away) she forgot the fruit bol on the dining room table and she’s away on vacation. I also have two games and a book I want to bring back plus I might just try and run on her treadmill, I don’t have time to walk an hour but I could do sprints in half that time! I’m not ready to run in public just yet; lately I keep meeting or hearing about people who jog and it’s itching my brain... Shower, get ready for work then load up the donation bag and bins, on the way drop off the bag, go to DM’s to store the bins and visit for an hour before work (10 minutes away).

Yesterday I couldn't get myself going but managed to get two beds changed. Today I've got Dads bed stripped and airing, and picked up all clothing etc not put away and put into the wash. I've got about six loads still to do and get dry but since we're having a heat wave that probably wont be difficult.

Had a snooze on the sofa this afternoon and I'm cooking dinner now.

I started to watch hoarder videos in preparation to make the committed decision and found some UK based ones on the 4od channel on You Tube.

Having a lazy afternoon....went to hang out with neighbor and her DS in their driveway, ate popsicles, blew up waterballoons and let the kids go to town. Upload a video/pic slideshow using new program and sent one out, not sure if the receipient can open it though. Swept living room and hallway hardwoods of dog hair, created a few picture cards for bday and sympathy, will pick up in an hr and finish them off, sent out tmorrow.

May take a nap after I get DS down for one.
