Happy July everyone!
Well, with all this hot weather we completed June and are moving into July. Don't overdo it, but continue working in babsteps.

Taking it easy, did some laundry yesterday, and some embroidery but didn't over do things. Babystepping it thru these hot and humid days.

Starting to plan my menu for the 4th and put table decorations out. Cannot do it early, as Sylvester has to "inspect" it all, so rather than tempt him, I avoid it until the last minute.

Hope you enjoy your day.

We are having the same hot and humid days as most of the country. We need rain again. We have less than 15 gal of water in the rain barrel. There is no breeze today so we won't be sitting on the patio.

JDIs for Sunday
laundry - in the washer now, then will hang on the line
fold and put away load from yesterday
create new spreadsheet with PWs
work on home organizer binder

Lost power for 4 1/2 hours today. Storm came thru, little rain but nothing for what is needed. Didn't waste time, Cleaned the vanity in the main bathroom, took a nap, read, made a braclet, worked on card gathering items, and now the electricity is on.
Cook with electric (why didn't I change over to gas?) and thought if anything I can order a pizza, and have it delivered should the electric not go on near dinner. Missed lunch, so ate an early dinner, made a pot of coffee and heated my dinner.

So even though I had a different plan for today, I managed to do my branch work and some crafting. Oh, I also embroidered out in the screened in. The house was fine cool wise (never got uncomfortable, it is a well insolated home and trees help to keep it cool also.

Good to see everyone taking it easy in this heat~

I am happy to report that I did a great job with the last item on my JDI list from yesterday - rest and relax! Also the kids and I went swimming last evening. Wow - that was hard work for this lady!

JDIs for today -
- laundry

- bath a sick pup
- watch said puppy to make sure she is not terribly sick (diarhea and vomiting)
- hoe garden (baby steps)
- PUPA (baby steps)
- go swimming (this SHOULD be a daily occurance, particularly for me!)
- kitchen ETE (looks like a storm went through shocked )
- grocery shopping (I think the store is open today)
- other tasks?
