I had a busy day again yesterday. Got a quick job done in the morning, then I had to run to the big box stores to look for a special faucet for tomorrow's job, and they didn't have it. I'll have to do the job tomorrow anyway and go back later to switch it.

Got some orders in and sent out some quotes. Did the usual cleanup in the kitchen, etc.

After dinner Mary invited Laura and I over for a drink, and we had a little run-in with the "druggie" neighbor who we saw trespassing. It ended calmly and quickly. I'll call the police today and get more info on this guy.

Today the heat is rolling in for a few days, I knew I should have worked in the yard yesterday!!

Bless, that is some amount of miles. I haven't put that much on my car in three years I have it! But, I do work locally.

Well, I've got nothing done so far this morning, I better get moving!

DD stayed the night and went to the town's clinic this morning then came back; we had a nice chat while making cupcake shaped earrings out of molding clay! I did the last bit of cleaning, mopping the floors. Should have gone to the grocery but wanted to be with DD before she had to go to school and I to work. The store will still be there tomorrow and it's less temptation when there are only carrots left to snack on!

Gladly volunteered to drive the kids to soccer, what better way to spend the evening than sitting, chatting for 2 hours and sipping coffee and (best part) getting paid for it!!! Nice way to end a 7 day stretch of working shifts.

Met up with a friend afterwards and now it's time for bed. Tomorrow taking it easy, going to get my stuff in order. School related papers and filing stuff. Need to find the dishwasher and oven warranties. Few calls to make too. Might go out dancing Saturday, will see.

Wow, I post a couple times on part 3 and next thing I know, it's closed and on to part 4! You ladies are Busy, Busy!! Good job.

I'm just popping in to update my productivity.

DH was able to get off early today to watch the kids' last swim lesson, so we took advantage of having him around to do a few shopping errands. I really do not like taking the kids to the store by myself so avoid it whenever possible. Since I had DH for Dad Patrol at the store (I get to shop, he gets to go look at what the kids want to look at smile ) I stocked up on cat food and litter. Also, it's getting warmer here now and we only had one fan that we use in our room, so the kids needed a fan to cool their room in the evenings, so we went and got that.

After we got home, I moved all of the totes from the house to the garage. Some full (storage like holiday decorations), and many empty (Yay! I finally got them unpacked LOL).

Swept out the laundry room and scooped litter boxes.

Vacuumed hallway, both the carpet part and tile at entry way. Mopped the entryway.

I think I missed posting a day, too. I know I did a little bit yesterday, but I can't remember what it was to post about it now! Yikes. Where has my brain gone?

Great work all!

Busy days at work the last two days...had enough energy after coming home yesterday to hang out with neighbors. DH bought an inflatable pool and the kids had a blast. Washed dishes, cleaned up the kitchen a bit, fell asleep watching an episode of the bachelorette.

Headed out to work in a bit. Going to be a hot one here, so our plans to go to outdoor concert tonight may be cancelled.

Bubblegum, I agree, the store will always be there.

Mapster, we have been busy here! Dad Patrol, ha-ha!

Fleur, love the outdoor concerts here, but they have them on the lake and there is always a breeze.

I got the house straightened up, got a load of laundry done and hung on the line. Went to get the car inspected and the laundromat is next door, so took all the couch covers and throws and did them there in one big load. Damp dried them and hung them when I got home.

Later we went over to Mary's for a bit, I let Finn loose at my gate, he got a little run in and came back to me at Mary's. Good boy, he finally listened once. ROFL!

Have the install this morning here in town, and then banking and I'm done with work in time for the heat.

Gosh we are all going great guns, great work everyone!

My allergies have been playing up today, so it's been a good rest day.

I have done my dailies and printed off some more forms. I've downloaded some free stuff from You Tube about cadence, which they sing when marching and running. I don't think we have anything like it here in the UK. Anyway it is very motivating to listen to.

I looked up about wild bird food, and with various seeds you can put out cut up banana, apple, and the like, so I've just put out some banana for them to eat. With youngens the adults often go hungry, and our Robin looks a might thin at the moment.

Did a great run this morning, had a smoothie and oatmeal for breakfast, devotions with the girls, skyped with Linda and now going to shower and see what great things I can get done today.

Was given some new-to-us wooden chairs for my dining room by my DMIL, as well as a throw rug. Going to get the girls to help me switch them out. Should change things up a bit.

Also need to get sewing. Just two more sides to bind and the quilt will be done!!!! I'm pumped to get it done!

I'll let you know how it goes!
Cya!

Got my job in without too much trouble. I really like my new installer.

Turns out the customer knows my installer's son-in-law. They hit is off nicely and are planning to go motorcycle riding together.

I just have the bank to do today and I'm done. It's really hot out.
