Dianaro...Of course, I'd be happy to post a picture of my little ladybug rocks when they are finished. I have 3 of them drying right now. Then, I will give them several coats of varnish so they will be all set to go live outside. They are turning out SO cute! And, it's an EASY project.
I've moved on to shelf #4 in the office. I've got 2 coats of paint on it so far. For some reason, this one is going to take 3 coats, but I've run out of paint so I'll have to make a trip to get some more.
The music chair is coming right along too. I'm working on the decoupaging part. Easy, but time consuming. I work on it while DD is gone, and then hide it in the hallway closet before she comes back home. I've moved my full length mirror in front of the closet door in guise of organizing the shelves that are behind where it usually sits, just in case because I don't want her to accidently find it before her birthday (1 month from today).
I finished my hexagon quilt block last night, only to find out that the next block also involves the hexagons. It's not as involved though, and now that I've got the hang of it, I don't think it will be so bad. It was just one of those mind-block things.
Today, I'm starting to work on the projects for my Dino Camp that I will teach Session #1 for next week. I have 2-3 projects that the kids can do each day after our online session, and I want to: 1. Have a sample to show them on my webcam, and 2. Make sure that the instructions are correct and easy enough for K-2 kiddos to do.
It really looks like Santa's workshop in here because I've got so many different projects going. But, that's OK by me as all this creativity puts a smile on my face.

And, THAT'S a good thing!
Yesterday, I was weepy all day long, missing R. Last year on Father's Day, we hosted a BBQ and he caught the BBQ on fire. It was scary at the time as he was running to get the hose to put it out while flames were getting higher and higher and reaching the roof of the covered deck, and I was worried that the whole house was going to go up in flames. But, after it was all over, it gave us many laughs because he used to be a firefighter and here he was accidently setting the house on fire. There were soot and ashes everywhere. DD and I didn't go anywhere yesterday which was fine by me. She called her dad, but I didn't even call mine. I just couldn't. I was very into my own little, much needed, pity party. I'm sure he'll understand.
