Thank you! I don't know that it's so much that I'm talented rather that I'm good at "borrowing" other peoples' ideas. I've seen these cute little ladybug rocks around the internet and just knew that I had to make some of my own.

I got my rocks from the common area right in front of our condo. They were hiding in the grass so I'm sure the gardener is happy that I've picked them up so they don't ruin his mowers. Win/Win! I went out this morning and gathered some more. I'm thinking of venturing into making bees and frogs and turtles, Oh My! It's something cute and whimsical for our "garden" that go along with the polka dot pots very nicely, and I don't have to worry about watering them. LOL

Got a long list of "projects" for today so I'm off for some more productive fun!

See, you are motivating me Carol! Love your ideas. TLC is starting a crafting competition on the 26th of June, cannot wait to see it.

I finished three sets of cards and am working pn some more beading.

The grade 12 graduation went quite good yesterday.

I need to get the classroom completed today with the exception of a couple last minute items like packing the computer tomorrow.

I also booked my 2nd flight and I am now leaving a week earlier so I have 4 days to do a ton of stuff!!!!

Can you say late nights?

Today: keep working on the classroom and the house (decluttering like mad) and I need to book a hotel for 1 night.

Tomorrow: my satellite will be disconnected, turn in my PO box key.

Today is moving day (again). Only it's not ME this time. Hurray! The escrow finally closed on DS' new house, and he's moving in today. smile

We will definitely miss Hunter-Kitty. He was R's cat, and we do enjoy having him around, but he will be much happier roaming the fields where DS' house is. And, it will give the grouchy neighbor one less thing to complain about. Hunter will be moving next week once DS gets a little settled in.

I am tired beyond believe today, but still pluggin' along. I've got a whole list of things to work on today since I missed yesterday while helping DS move. Thinking that the couch is seriously calling my name this afternoon for a bit.

I finished painting and waxing bookcase #4 and lined the back with fabric. I'm just waiting for the glue to dry on that and then I will put it back in place and pull out the final one for it's appointment with me and my paintbrush.

I just put the final varnish coat on my recent round of ladybug rocks (and this time I made 3 little bees as well).

DD and I had a wonderful swim last night in the pool. What a great way to refresh after a day of moving furniture in the heat! Down by the pool area, there are some terrific bigger rocks that would make great frogs and turtles. Next time we go down there, I may just have to snag myself a couple of those.

Make sure nosey neighbor doesn't see you picking up rocks!
You are going to be the star of the neighborhood with your little "friends" visiting in your yard. Too cute!
Maybe you started a new side business!
