Purdy: Calendars are usually not marked down until well after the first of the new year, & name brand ones are seldom included. Also, the selection tends to be limited when the prices are lowered.

Dianaro and Hartbe thanks for your replies. I've ordered a very cheap A5 diary and when it comes I will take it to bits and punch the holes in it.

This years was beginning to fall apart so I've already done it with those pages and I will find out in the next couple of months wether it works or not. If it doesn't work I will just put the diary in the front of the filofax loose.

Can productivity and relaxation happen in one day? Sure thing! DD#2 has put two loads of laundry on the line, DD#1's washed all the dishes from the weekend, and I scrubbed the kitchen tile grout with a recipe from an online bulletin board!

We've all worked a little on a puzzle and they're alternating between drawing and playing with their DS! Sounds like a good summer day to me!

Wow you have all been busy!

Wendy - What are chiggers? I have not heard that term before.

Purdy - I was referred but he said basically it is my lining in my nose that causes the problem so the operation they do would not work. I get sinusitis too due to it so I am either sneezing or feeling stuffy. Oh the joys ;D I hope you are feeling better.

Thanks ladies for all your kind words the allergies are a lot better today.

I have been volunteering in school all day. Then when I got home I painted some of the fence panels in the back garden. I am supertired now so I am off to bed night all!

We had a very busy baseball weekend. Two day tournament, boys ended up taking third place. DS had four fantastic games. Also managed to celebrate Father's Day with the two remaining Dads. Got home late last night and basically went right to bed.

We were hoping to go out and do something today but it was rainy and dreary which didn't motivate us to get moving! Have got a few things done around the house but I will admit to being fairly lazy today, LOL! Boys just left for baseball practice. Have a net that was given to us to hang over DD's bed so we'll see about putting that up and then will start dinner and tidy up the kitchen. Guess I'm thinking of the week ahead and relaxing while I can!

Thanks Diana and Waterlady. It will be challenging, but right now I am up to it and I am actually a little excited to be free my house of so much stuff. I kept so much stuff when my great aunt, two grandmas and grandpa passed away just because it belonged to them. I really didn't like some of it. Most of it has been crammed in the back of a cabinet for the last 15 years. Going to get it all pulled out and sell it when we have the estate sale! I think I can free up a ton of space. I am not putting anything in here that I don't LOVE LOVE LOVE!

Thanks for the support!

Texasgirl...sounds like you have a good mindset in getting rid of stuff you don't love. Wish it would rub off on me!

Feeling overwhelmed by the amount of clutter everywhere....we purchased a new bed for a deal today and they are coming to deliver tmrrow. Have to make the house presentable.

Got a lot done today...went out for lunch, dh and I pulled weeds out of the garden while ds played outside, power washed front porch and steps, some of the concrete. Painted wood table for the porch from leftover paint from laundry room. Going to put on pandora music and try to get bedroom surfaces cleared off before hitting the sack. One more day off, then back to work.

Good move on selling items you don't love. Good luck on the sales.

All finished with preparing the house. Whatever is left, they have to move.
