More than a whole page posted since yesterday!! You are all doing great!!!

I don't have too much productivity to report. Went to Costco with my DGF, it's always a good time with her. It's over a half hour trip there, but we had lots of time to talk and laugh. The savings crossing the state border here are real good. No deposits on bottles, so I got some bottled water, gas really dropped in price again and cigarettes (sigh) are also several dollars cheaper a pack.

Then we stopped at the grocery store too on the way home, I managed to drop another $20 I didn't need to spend.

It was my turn to make dinner last night, so I whipped up a new pasta primavera recipe that turned out real good.

Finn may have another hotspot on the bottom of his foot, I can't tell and he is licking the heck out of it. Maybe that's why he wasn't interested in walking on the street. I'll check it out again later and probably squeeze in going to the vet tom'w before I go to work.

Got all the dishes washed, dried and put away this morning. Cleaned up the rest of the kitchen, still need to wash the floor, it's been raining and the dog tracked in the mud.

Tonight I'm going out to dinner, so I have to find something to wear.

I've got a box started to take to the shelter also this week.

Dianaro - Yep I do need to rest more. I'm on antibiotics due to some spots I cant shift, the Dr thinks it might be because of exam stress, ho hum.

Today I didn't do the usual daily but cleaned the sink, the bread bin and did all the work surfaces. We received a new 22 litre cooler so Ive washed that all out and left it to dry.

I lost my Kindle but found it very easily, it had slipped down the side of the bed, so I must find a proper home for it. I think I will put it with my daily journal so hopefully it wont go missing again.

One of my failings is not having proper homes for new things, I must do that before I get them in the future.

Whole family on field trips today. I never did find the camera so no pictures from the Flight Museum but got some good ones at the zoo with the phone.

Did get an errand done after we got back to school and celebrated Father's Day with DH's Dad (he is going in for hip replacement surgery on Monday and much of his Sunday will be spent getting ready for that).

Tomorrow is play day at school so will have lunch with the kids there and then my job is to make cotton candy for the entire school (about 200 bags). Hopefully will get that done and still have time to spend with the kids as they play games, etc.

Having a little TV time with DH before heading to bed.

I went a bit potty today so I guess the antibiotics are working.

I cleared up the front room then did half the huge pile of ironing. I then found the small freezer wasn't closing properly due to too much ice at the top, so took out kitchen hammer and chisel to it - it closes now and boy is it satisfying giving something a good wack!

Purdy:
It is nice to get some aggression out in a helpful way! Sounds like you are feeling better now with the antibiotics. Great!

Jodi:
Sorry about the camera. Sounds like you and the kids had a good time. Did DH and DS enjoy the flight museum. Sounds pretty interesting,

WHAT? 200 bags?! Good luck!

Waterlady:
Sure wished I could get in on the cooking exchange. Use to have one with my neighbor and a friend, but various ailments came up with one and we quit.

~~~~~~~~~~~
Did a lot yesterday, running here and there. Pooped me out for the afternoon, and then DS called and caught an earlier flight so I didn't have to go back to feed the gpups. Worked on and finished another bead craft. These are beaded ornaments I am making for Christmas giving.
Well, Diana, it's not worth cooking for one person, (IMHO) and there are just so many leftovers I can stand, so I'd rather share. It has been working out so nicely.
Oh, Jodi, so nice to see you back!
Purdy, LOL on whacking the freezer!
Yesterday I worked in the bedroom again, put all mom's papers in a plastic bin, I'm so tired of looking at them. We are almost at the end of the estate.
Did my nails and my DGF the realtor picked me up and we went to such a nice place for dinner. We had a good time and caught up on each other's lives and kids. (I've known her over 35 years)
When I got home the new neighbor walked over and we sat outside a bit.
Finn's foot is a little better, I made an appt for later today, but the cream seems to be helping, so I'll wait till I get back from work and make a decision.
Minimally productive yesterday - dropped DD off on campus (she's done with classes and finals, but working till Friday), went to the office; after work, waited until DD was off work at 7:30 p.m., came home at 8:30 p.m., had coffee, went through the mail, dinner, dishes, cleaned 1 bathroom, ETE'd the kitchen and it was time to go to bed!
Plans for today include doing some gardening after work, putting gas to the car and picking up DD from work (at 9:30 p.m.)
Was busy all day. Trash was picked up before I left for Crocheting, so brought them in. Crocheting, and finshed the prayer shawl today. Off to shopping after crocheting, home, unpacked, cooking for luncheon here tomorrow. Worked in my craft room for about an hour (rug cleaners coming next week, need to be able to have it cleared up some), dinner, and then did the kitchen floors.
Going to relax now, and do some crafting.
Dianaro: Yes, 200! We have 186 students and we make some extras so right around 200. I was quite covered with spun sugar....up my arms and even on my eyelashes. I was quite a sight I am sure. Kids had such a great day.
Waterlady: Thank you. I miss everyone here when I am away and actually wonder how everyone is doing. Plus the motivation here is second to none!
All the gifts for the last day of school are done and loaded in the van for morning. Looking for a missing book--really upset with myself that it is not where I thought and am having trouble locating it. Feel so worn out I would like to just sit and relax but I must try and find it! Working at school all day is way more exhausting than being at work.
Jodi, 200 bags of cotton candy is quite a feat...and quite a dream come true for many, I'm sure!
Dinaro, you are a busy bee as usual!
Last few days of work have been busy, but not enough time in the day. Really need to sit down and prioritize, write down goals, projects, etc. Attending a workshop tmorrow, then off for 4 days. Going to a daytrip on Sat. for our anniversary, no plans yet for fathers day.
Going to veg out, watch mindless tv, and hit the sack!
