No more boloney here! Going to get back down there and finish up the last part of the basement! I slacked off, and then got my infection, so I am raring to go with my babysteps the next month.
I sold some of the card craft items and got a gift card, and will pay for 2 upcoming lessons with it, or maybe a new item to play with. Planning on selling again in Aug! Great way to dispose of items not used, and make some free lessons!
I know we all are busy, but if we commit to doing a babystep at least 3 times a week, we will accomplish more than we think. Are you in it with me?

Yes, I'm in it with you, Diana! June ROTM is the 3rd bedroom, which is being used as guest room (there's a bed there that overnight guests can use), office (there's a desk and 2 file cabinets), crafts (the desk also functions as sewing table and the closet has crafts supplies) and storage/catch-all room!

My ROTM will continue to be focused on redecorating my bedroom as well as putting stuff away in other parts of my house.
I am trying to sell some furniture that is just too big for my living room. And I have gotten started on making my bedspread. What is done looks awesome! There is a lot more to be done yet - curtains, pillow shams, probably a bedskirt.

I am going to be different for a change and designate ROTM as the basement......even though the office is still lurkinging in the background!
spoke with SO tonight about putting all his "donate" items on top of the pool table sot that I can itemize before putting in boxes his list. As he has the weekend off, he said it will be done.....yeah....will make it that much easier with his son next weekenc

I was happy to get started on the first bin, and sort thru. It is large, so will take a couple of babysteps.
Darlene: Good luck with the furniture sales. Cannot wait to see your new bedroom!
BL: Sometimes we need to move around! Gives a new look to things, don't you think?

Definitely !! I am all for putting a new spin on things. Tonites spin is a little time in the office doing some basic filing and logging some bills into the master journal for SO to view if he likes....or not....its there if he wants to look.
Have been busy with real estate. Wrote my first offer this week after only 2 weeks, unfortunately it did not fly. Not a problem as it was teaching me the forms, using certain programs, etc.....all of which get easier with practice.
Will box up the basement donations and make an itemized list for SO for his taxes.
I did get some good progress this week. Managed to get all the things handled I wanted.
Put the baking dishes away, finally, after SO finished the upper shelf he had been promising. I wanted basic and he doesn't do basic.....but it looks great and I told him so.....gottat encourage the productivity when I get it!
Got the bathroom rugs washed, bathroom cleaned, kitchen clean except for floor, several loads of laundry done too, stripped guest bedding and washed it all then cleaned that room top to bottom including itemizing and boxing up my donations.
And I have been out 3 nites this week after working the day job to show homes. And I wonder why I am tired tonite???? SO wants to go out dancing tonite so I think its naptime, get in an hour then I should be fine. Get to sleep in tomorrow as no day job, just showing houses all afternoon.
Dianaro, don't say it. Yes I am pushing, but it won't be like this for long

Ok this was something I should have done last year but it got to hot for; Paint the trim of the garage. First I need to get the extension ladder down. I've done it before without killing myself. Then I will scrape and paint areas at a time. Hopefully I can get it done in two weeks.
Plan my vacation. I think the thirdd week is going to be the best. I'm really getting pumped about going. Sure hope nothing prevents it.
Since I can only work a little while outside at a time I'll go around the house and pick up and also do the two sewing things I need to do.One is add length to DD's pjs and shorten my top.
Ok it has been more than a full weekend with motor cycle rally. retirement partry, baby shower, birthday party, and fixing dinner for interns at the church. Think I'll crash and start everything tomorrow.

Since it was raining so Monday I decided to do the sewing instead. I was able to lengthen the pj's but when it came to shortening my top I messes up my machine and now it's in the shop. Hopefully I get it back soon.
Yesterday I scraped my garage. It was a lot worst than I thought. Then today I got the paint and some new outside lights. I had planned to paint today but DM wanted to celebrate her birthday so we went to Golden Coral at 2. To say least I came home and fell asleep. I'll paint tomorrow.
I have also been planning my trip to Eurkea Springs the week of the 24th. I've got clothesall over my bedroom that I've got to put away. I plan on getting some good walking shoes and I need to decide on whether black or brown.
OK right now I need to do some work on getting slome offices for Optimist. I've having a heck of a time.
