Bubblegum, I know the feeling of the black cloud! Hoping it lifts quickly.

Nice to see you Bonnie, hope all goes well with your checkup.

Hi to everyone else, keep up all the great work!

Yesterday I worked in the MBR and attic. Got a lot done, but it's time to go through the attic again, still have too much stuff that I don't use anymore in there. Have a bag of clothes to donate and a spare mattress topper I don't have room to store.

It was so chilly and damp here I closed all the windows and put the heat on for 10 minutes. It did the trick, warmed up and dried out the house. And, gave me some energy to keep moving.

Worked on the paper piles in the office, got them almost under control. Then cleaned off the kitchen counter pile that was starting to grow.

Made chicken cacciatore for dinner, wanted to try a new recipe but didn't have a major ingredient.

Have help this afternoon to do some deliveries and if it's not raining later, he can help me in the garage.

It's another Bank Holiday today smile

Yesterday I got the beds done and a few other bits then settled down to watch the concert in the evening on TV. It was awesome, I had a great time from the sofa, let alone outside Buckingham Palace.

Today it's been a rest day, with more TV watching of the Jubilee service this morning, and now more royal stuff going on.

My Mary you certainly got a ton of things done yesterday.
You are in the night mode, I see. Hey if it works for you why not! My energy is in the morning.

Bonnie good luck with the medical tests.

Bubblegum - I hope you feel feel better soon.

I have not accomplished much myself. Yesterday I was at a picnic then a barbecue in the evening.

Today I have spent most of it watching the Jubilee celebrations. What a day! I am so so so proud of my country and it's heritage today. I cried when the Queen came out on to the balcony, and saw all the crowds. She beamed which was lovely to see. Such a shame Prince Philip was unable to join her I hope he recovers soon.

I have pottered about and done laundry whilst watching the coverage. Tomorrow I will catch up on jobs, but today I am paying homage to my Queen. Have a great day all smile laugh

Yesterday, I had a day of mandatory time off from work: took DD to campus and back, shopped for groceries, put gas to the car, did some paperwork, mopped the bathroom again because the cat made a mess, did 2 loads of laundry, put water to the garden, cleaned out the fridge, took the trash cans to the curb, and baked a cake.

Today, dropped DD off on campus and came to work; in the p.m., will pick her up and go home. Plan to do some cooking and paperwork in the evening.

Oh Bonnie, well wishes heading your way, I can't wait to spend a day making everything clean and in its place in my home, I get such a feeling of satisfaction of everything is right in the world.

Thanks all, your support means a lot to me.

Woke up in a panic 10 minutes before alarm clock, it's so sunny that I had a feeling I overslept! Was feeling off all day, of course the black cloud doesn't go away over night... such a crappy day too. Kind of said to myself no need to get my panties in a bunch (like a co-worker did...) I can only do so much so I took it in strides.

Even though I barely sat down for lunch and was up and running all day I still went for an hour long fast paced walk with DGF. Try and get the nervous energy out. i also talked with other co-workers and it helped some to put things into perspective. Now waiting on DS to get out of the shower, we have a meeting at the bank; he needs to get a personal loan. Then supper and try to get focused on working on school stuff a bit. Have way more than the last time and really getting scared i won't have enough time... I have to counteract now or I'll just get more stuck in my non productive scared state, sheesh.

Have a great evening, I'll try and enjoy reading before bed and end this day on a positive note!

Silly me to think he would listen to me and make an apointment, guess I'll clear Thursday evening's calendar. Well looking on the positive side, I won't have to take a shower tomorrow morning.

I brought home a duvet cover with a broken zipper, one of the kid's. Cheap plastic kind so removed it, sewed a flap inside, took 5 different but similar in color buttons and sewed ribbon loops on the opposite side. Looks neat. Most important it took my mind of my problems! I love sewing even better when it's a small project! I took a few minutes to look at what material I had left from the great purge last year. I have long feet and can never find big enough slippers, I found enough matching leftover material to make myself a few pairs plus some batting. Not going to attemp this until all my school work has been done though.

That's enough for tonight, also cooked supper and cleaned up the kitchen. Off to bed!

it took me an hr on aol last night! then i read more email for 40 min. i then wrapped the glass shelves to my china hutch and spent 15 min decluttering the gbr. i went to bed at 5am and slept til 1pm.

i woke just in time for dool. i threw in my sheets and towels during a commercial, then dusted the gbr inc pics when it was over. i took a quick bath then got the dailies almost all done while i cooked and cooled my oatmeal. after i ate, i took out an armload of trash and read the coupons in the mail. then the sheets were dry, so i made my bed, put away the other laundry, read 3 sect of my book and it was only 530! i wasn't planning to eat lunch til 8pm, so i read email for 20 min and then went grocery shopping. i got the food put away and listened to a webinar, then went out to a sub shop for a very late lunch. came home and listened to another webinar, then read email for an hr, the forum for 40 min, then ate a cup o noodles.

it was chilly here today
