Here I am again. I have only done some minor decluttering in the last couple of months, but it's just a baby step, right?

I was going to wait until the end of the month to report May, but I was excited about this week's productivity and it's only Tuesday. I am still using the same strategy which is working for me. Clothes and shoes to the Children's Home and sometimes to a young girl who needs so much, material and emotional. Household items and magazines go to the front porch for pickup. I post on them on Craigslist free section. I read the "Wanted" section in Craigslist and can occasionally find someone who wants my junk. I also watch Freecycle for "wanted" items. I try not to look at the "offers" for fear of being tempted to take stuff I don't need. I think I am at 133 items OTD. WAAAYYY behind, but considering my current circumstances, it's probably okay.
22 cosmetic items
1 large trash can to dumpster (Stuff I just threw in there so I wouldn't have to deal with it. Other stuff had been sitting around because I was going to donate it about 10 years ago and didn't so it ruined.)
2 large boxes from outdoor tool purchases (been sitting around for well over one year.
35 Misc Household Items
10 Hobby Farm Mags
1 Shopping Bag
I also realized that it is time to let go of old email. It is clutter that, for me, is almost as detrimental as physical clutter. I save them forever and NEVER refer back to them!! I started cleaning out a little over one week ago. Of the 373 deleted emails, 307 of the emails were from various organizing subscriptions. Really??? The remainder were miscellaneous emails that I was going to take care of later, or they were subscription to self improvement subscriptions. I feel so much better!
35 household items came out of a spare room that should serve as a workout room. Unfortunately, I let it become the catch all. I began working on it early Sunday morning and for a while Monday morning. I still have a long way to go, but it looks so much better. I took before pictures and took some during pictures tonight. I made a little movie with the pictures. It was so need to see the changes on the computer. Shew!!!
