Must have needed some sleep catch-up, I dozed off again after barely noticing DH getting up, and it was after 10.30 am when I finally surfaced!

JDI:

Dailies
Go to church with friend and take another item for northern community clothing collection - done
Lunch in gazebo with DH - done - we take breaks in there often.
Clean bathroom
Possibly move rose bush with DH
Sewing
Ironing

Bushlady: Good that you caught up on your sleep. Sometimes, we need a little extra sleep (so says the lady who took a 3 hr. nap, today! laugh )

Did my list and a bit more. One of the quilts needed mending after being washed, so, sewed that. Handwashed a load of dishes. Took the trash cans out to the curb.

JDIs for tomorrow (I have the day off from work):
- Take DD to campus and back
- Sew/mend one of DD's blouses
- Go to the bank
- Grocery shop?
- Menu plan for the week
- Continue to work on 3rd bedroom

WTG everyone and all your hard work!

I managed to get to 3 out of 4 items yesterday + a couple extras that have been on my to-do list for awhile. Couldn't get to the 4th item on my list due to forgetting to bring home a cord for my scanner.

Today's JDI list:
-wash dishes
-refill vitamin tray
-take out garbage

I told DH yesterday that my days seem to consist of breakfast, coffee break, lunch, tea break and supper. I don't seem to be fitting in a whole lot in between, but it is nice to get out in the gazebo and watch the frustrated flies on the outside just longing to bite us!

We went to our village library today and I took back two Barbie patterns and got out one for a 15 inch doll. My old childhood doll has a dress that is falling apart, so time to replace it or put the doll where it cannot be seen! 65 years is probably too much to expect a dress to last for!

Also went to town together for shopping, but had lunch at home. DH cut down a tree, I chased butterflies with the camera. I did get the bed changed and sheets laundered and put away, also one or two other tasks. Out tonight in a restaurant with a group of friends.

I've had a couple of busy busy days! Both Sunday and yesterday were spent visiting with Mom. I'm working on a couple of Mom-related projects.
1. Figure out how to increase her comfort level in the wheelchair. That is being worked on and I have hopes that we will find something that works. Her bottom gets sore and we want to get a better seat cushion for her to use.
2. Get clothes that will work for her needs and it looks like my sewing machine (and fabric stash) is the best way to achieve that.

Monday I did a lot of sewing until my sewing machine quit working shocked Earlier this morning I was able to spot the problem - the presser foot had come loose. I tightened that on and my machine is working again.

For today -
- puppy training (ongoing) including obedience class this evening
- sewing (baby steps)
- PUPA (ongoing baby steps)
- sweep floor (puppy feet and my feet seem to bring in a lot of dirt!)
- take pup for a walk; pick up a curtain rod at the same time
- get the mail
- other tasks?
