Sorry I haven't been posting much the last couple days.

Yesterday: I have gotten a lot of paperwork taken care of at school yesterday.
*Tossed a fair bit
*Filed what was left
At home:
-cleaned the bathroom (mirrors, sink, counter, toilet, and tub)

Today:
-clean out front closet
-general pick-up of living room
-dishes

Tina, it sounds like you are getting quite a bit done.

Dianaro, take care of that leg of yours. Housework very nicely waits on us.

My list for today -
- puppy training (ongoing)
- sewing (baby steps)
- assist DS with his car
- get the mail and do some shopping
- PUPA (baby steps)
- normal ETE
- attend online meeting at 4 pm
- other tasks?

Well, about the only thing I did that was on my list, yesterday, was pick up DD! :p I forgot about going to the bank, then, when I went home from work, I had coffee and watched news and went through the day's mail; started cooking dinner and spoke to my cousin. Then, it was time to pick up DD. Came home and finished cooking dinner, ate, did the dishes, ETE'd, wrote to a friend and it was already midnight!

Oh, well, I'll try again today!

I had some on and off depression and didn't feel like posting for a day or two and once out of the habit it is easy not to bother.

We got the gazebo fixed up and have been enjoying lunch or coffee or tea out there. I had to thoroughly clean the plastic chairs and table which had been sitting out under the pine tree. I had to use solvent on some drops of pine gum - they would have been horrible to sit on. Memo. never leave anything, especially the car, under a pine tree at this time of year!

I've finished the blanket and washed it, so it is all ready to take to the next meeting. It turned out well.

Today:
Launder towels and hang out - done
Handwash bras and hang out - done
Vacuum downstairs - done
Wander round yard with camera - done
Clean powder room - half done
Finish switching out winter clothes, and wash some before putting away.
Make bed - I've just remembered that I didn't do it!

I'm trying Mary. Have been taking the meds, but sitting and elevating the leg, DRIVES ME CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!! LOL

Glad you are back, but glad you took some time off. You don't have to work to write, just visit with friends.

Rested ALL day on the couch with foot elevated, still swollen.
Having UFP group over, they can help themselves to tea and cakes.

Sorry to hear about your back Tina. We are all so fragile at times. Hope you soon get back on your feet, DIana, it must be so frustrating, but you must feel proud that the house is up to visitors. The GONer years have really paid off for you. Enjoy your group.

I got up around 9 am, kept drowsing back to sleep even after DH brought me a cup of tea (he is definately in the good books for that!). The same thing happened 2 mornings ago, and it is great because for months I would wake up around 6.30 am and no matter how tired I just couldn't get back to sleep. (tension I guess).

It is a sunny, windy day and I may do some yard work in a shady area, as the heat of the direct sun is ferocious (not enough ozone layer). I think this is why I am tired.
