Waterlady let me join in the celebration dance!!! WOOOOOO HOOOOO!

Diana you can dance too but virtually, keep off your leg and heal soon!
Bless even your relaxing time seems ‘busy’ to me!

Wendy I'm so impressed with your running, I think I look like a big lump and don't run outside; I try to run on DGF's treadmill when I go over there but that is way too far in between. Kudos!

Yesterday relaxed in my pjs for a while and picked up around the place, dishes and laundry... then made myself a small picnic which I took over to DGF's and squatted her backyard for the afternoon, soaked up some rays, read and even took a nap. Went out for supper with a friend and had frozen yogurt at the ice cream parlour for dessert.

Got called in to work today, even though I had plans for a second picnic I took the shift, this means I get Friday off. Still finished early enough to lie in the sun for almost two hours, finished my second magazine!

I have changed the linens on both beds, started laundry and folded the clean clothes from yesterday's batch. I took 5 minutes to go through the coffee table tray and rearrange the cushions on the couch. Need to clean the loo, sink and counter in the bathroom and then I'll be done for the day; chore wise.

Will have a bite to eat then take a shower and finish the evening with some reading. This is for my next assignment; need to review the material before I can continue with the writing, no panic attack this time, I can do this smile

The clouds have rolled in and we're expecting showers tonight. Tomorrow will be cloudy; finally I can get a little work done! The seeds experiment has failed so I plan to get flowers for my planter boxes. Even if it rains it will be better planting weather than what we've been having for the last 4 days.

I have to go into work early tomorrow, so not much time for leisure or house work, maybe I'll squeeze in sweep/mop floors before I leave as I'm sure I'll drag in some dirt when planting the flowers both in front and at back...

Waterlady - Happy dancing in England for you! So so pleased for you laugh

Well I spent yesterday at school, then went to the local park with my boys, and in the evening I did some more college work. After that DH and I hung out and caught up on some favourite shows we record.

I am up early this morning thanks to DS, and so far I have done a load of laundry, hung it outside on the line to dry, and done some work in the garden. It is just after 8am here and the sun is shining, so as DS and I are both off we are going to have fun smile

Had a few busy days doing the dailies and a bit of gardening.

Today I got the sitting room and bathroom done, giving me a spare day tomorrow so depending on how I feel and the weather I may tackle a tidy of the craft cupboard or go shopping, probably the first.

I've finished the rucksack and the only problem I have is that its sitting too low on the back so I need to do something with the straps. I'm still knitting the shawl, once that is finished I want to make a few things with zips to get back in the nack, building up to doing a pocket organiser.

Thanks everyone, I am still Happy Dancing this morning!! It rained all day yesterday and last night, and I don't have to worry or check mom's basement!

I even slept till 7:30 this morning.

My house is so upside down this morning from all the last minute stuff that came out of mom's. I'm going to start on it as soon as I sign off.

Have a bunch of phone calls to make and a few appointments to make also.

Diana: Will pray the infection heals soon! Take care of yourself!

Waterlady: PRAISE THE LORD YOU'RE DONE!!!! That's great!

Bubblegum: I read this book about a guy who was extremely overweight, but he wanted to run to get healthy. He started out REALLY small, like run to his mailbox and back, then slowly increased his distance. I was not a runner by any means (in fact, I still have a hard time claiming I'm one!), but what I've been learning is that my biggest obstacle in is my head! When I think I won't run well, I don't. I constantly pray to the Lord as I run, to give me His strength to get through it. He does! I'm feeling some stronger each time! Bottom line: Just try it!

Karen: we hung laundry out yesterday too! Even strung up another line! Now we can have almost three loads out there at a time!

Purdy: Your projects sound neat!

Going to a friend's house this morning. Going to do some grocery shopping on the way home.

I'll catch up with you all later! Cya!

Diana, hope you're feeling better and that leg is healing.

I got the front porch swept and cleaned up. Have a laundry basket full of towels from Mom's that I can use as rags,(for work and the dog) just don't have a spot to put them away yet.

Also, a few hand knit comforters from my aunt that my daughter wants. No place for them yet either. This house is too small to have this kind of stuff laying around and I have no basement storage (TYG!)

I had a few moments today of "I gotta go check Mom's" and then I came to my senses!

Got all my phone calls made and my order put in with my supplier. They will deliver to my house again tomorrow, Yippee!!

Cancelled the insurance on mom's house, and the accountant actually called me back finally. Laura brought dinner over and we sat outside for a bit. I couldn't eat, my stomach is definitely "on the fritz" from all the stress.

Wendy - It is great isn't it when you can let nature do the work with the laundry? I have another load on the line now and one in the washer.

Well yesterday I got five loads of laundry done and there is another load in the washer. All the bedding is done and the bathroom mats. I cleaned the bathroom, downstairs toilet, and vacuumed and mopped the ground floor.

I also did a little gardening and visited with my granddad. I was asleep for 9pm and slept all the way through until 7.30am. The hot weather and chores wore me out.

This morning I have some paperwork to do. After lunch DS will go to nursery and I plan to spend the afternoon reading as I have the afternoon off school. Enjoy your day all!

Wendy - Thanks, it's one way I have of relaxing.

Today I've got all the Summer clothes out the loft/attic and put that into wash. It's going to be 26 degrees here today so I need to get some thinner clothes to wear to college or I'm going to bake.

I hope to get some of the craft cupboard done this afternoon.
