Karen, your day sounded great!

Having a great day here too...DH went golfing with the guys while DS and I packed up the dogs and went to the park/playground. Thought we would be able to go for a walk, but DS spotted the playground first and that was the end of that. Spent 3 hrs there. The weather was perfect and shady. The dogs took a nice nap out there. Caught up on a few episodes of modern family while DS napped. Unpacked my huge luggage from trip a month ago and have almost put everything away. Put away clean dishes and washed dirty ones, scrubbed the sink spotless. Found out my SIL and nephew is coming into town tonight spur of the moment for a few days...very excited.

Fleur - My DS is exactly the same with playgrounds. Even if it only has three things to play on he can still spend hours there smile

Yesterday the girls and I ran errands. After 5 stores, I finally found a bathing suit! I also got a blood test done (Dr wanted to test the Free T3), stopped two places to get food and filled the van with gas. Went home to put it all away, put running clothes on, ran 2 miles with DH, showered, dressed, ate and back out the door for church! Can we say "Whirlwind"???

Staying home today to get stuff ready for the garage sale. Not really motivated, but am making myself do it. I do need the money and the space! (Bad thing is that I just want to sew!)

We'll see how it goes!
Cya!

Woke up early so crammed for the exam and then did breakfast.

I've tided the front room, then completed half the ironing.

This afternoon I'm going to do another mock paper and then try to relax as much as I can. I can already feel the nerves starting, so I must relax more.

Purdy you are so well prepared I know you will ace this test!

I on the other hand have not finished the assignment due Saturday and already starting to feel as though I should prepare for the oral presentation (also Saturday) of the first one I submitted 2 weeks ago, yikes too much information in my brain!

Got a late start this morning, had breakfast on the patio, but it turned cloudy and the wind gave me chills so I migrated back into the apartment. I cleaned up the kitchen and worked for an hour. PUPA in the MBedR, made the bed, took the basket of dirty clothes to wash and got dressed. Worked for another hour, mostly research on the net... Made myself homemade pizza on nann bread, washed the stuff I used and PUPA the living room while it cooked.

Finishing eating while I surf for fun this time then it's back to the books. Lots of other stuff roaming through my mind but I know it's only trying to deter me from working on the school stuff... will report later!

Not too much productivity yesterday - dropped DD off on campus and went to work; had to wait an hour or so for DD to finish a group project before I could pick her up, so, read a magazine while I waited for her; went home and did 2 loads of laundry, cooked dinner, ate, did the dishes, packed lunches, etc.

Today, put gas to the car, dropped DD off on campus and came to work. DD is working till late today, so, I will go home from work, start dinner and perhaps another load of laundry, then, go to pick her up. Plan to go to the bank and the farmers' market during lunch break.

Gals keep up the studying and good work on school items. The house will wait. So proud of you all! Working and going to school or raising families (dad's too Purdy) isn't an easy job, so don't stress yourselves out. You are all awesome.

Fleur:
Wow 3 hours of play, bet DS slept well that night~

I got my one cabinet done yesterday, and it took most of the day sorting out my UFP crafts! Think I have the "alikes" all together and available to use.

Look at everyone go!

I've managed to keep up with the dailies this week...not sure why I have little energy for the rest of it! Did get the vacuuming done on Wednesday between me and dgd. Still need to dust but will do that this afternoon as well as continue on laundry. Feels like I'e been trying to get caught up on that all week!

Dgd and I went out and got some shopping done including finally finding her some of the jersey knit sheets she prefers. Harder than I thought to find them.

Was wrestling with the Idaho Tax Commission this morning over a missing quarterly filing form....they showed that they received my payment, which I had to fill out the form online to make, but don't show me filing the form. UGH! I need to find my printed copy of the form and then get on the phone with their help desk folks to figure out what is going on. And they wonder why businesses don't want to move to Idaho! DUH! Sorry...I don't deal well with incompetence....

Okay...deep breath....one foot in front of the other! LOL

Bonnie, I'm the same way, up here it isn't always easier, they seem to think they are so good just because they have the power.

Okay, lost count of how many times I've set back the timer... Reading and writing in the same chair since noon. Took a few breaks to refill my glass of water and visit the bathroom! My kidneys are being thoroughly flushed! Usually go about once every shift while I'm working. I also cleaned the bathroom, caught up on emails and had supper on different breaks.

I found out that while I was cleaning, my mind was on my work and it gave me perspective, a step back to see if I was going in the right direction and then came back to correct or move on. Made myself a pot of green tea after sweeping the floors and I'm ready to dive back in.

Bubblegum and Purdy good luck with the studying and tests!

Wendy - That was a busy day! Good luck with the garage sale.

Yesterday I went to college, and got my final assignment marked. I have my tutor coming into school in a few weeks to do a final observation of me at work. THEN I have finished smile I spent the afternoon filling job application forms in, and then went to visit my granddad.

I am just going to potter around the house today. Enjoy your Friday all!
