Are we rocking? We are! The other thread was getting too long, and we need room to stretch out on our JDIs! Routines and ETEing Clip Gypsy Vacuum and clean carRead Crafts/finished one beading project Taking a busy/half DIANA day. Been running for 5 days in a row and need a breather. Want to do a few different things, while I remember them and get them off my weekly list. Have a wonderful day.

Thanks Diana. Earlier I was excited that I hadn't lost my list! Here is my list and my update to now -
JDIs for today - 1. Finalize transfer of Mom's former home (possession officially changes hands at noon today) - go to thrift shop with car (10 am) to drop off donations - go to Mom's place with car to get a 'borrowed item' that needs to be returned - leave our door keys inside the place - van to the dump to get rid of the trash (after 12 noon) - pick up the last of the trash at Mom's (left outside and/or in the garden shed) 2. Start the process of cleaning up my house. The simple explanation is that I have TOO MUCH STUFF! I saved quite a bit of stuff from Mom's place. After I am totally finished with her place, it's time for me to start on my place. Baby steps will serve the purpose! 3. Puppy training (ongoing) 4. other tasks?

Grrrr. Why can't I get more done? Where does the time go? Or, should I say, why does it take me so long to do things? Once again, I couldn't get my list done. Came home at 6:30 p.m. (didn't have to pick up DD) 6:30 - 7:00 - Made coffee, watched news, went through the mail & weekly grocery ads. 7 - 8 p.m. - watered the garden, both front and back, with the hose (have to water by hand because the sprinklers don't reach all the plants) 8-9 p.m. - cooked dinner; it shouldn't have taken me a whole hour to cook, but it seems it did. Oh, and I made a phone call, too. 9-10 p.m. - eat dinner, watch Dancing with Stars 10-10:30 p.m. - wash dishes, put away food. 10:30 p.m. - sat down to post. I didn't organize my desk, I didn't do paperwork (other than look through the grocery ads), I didn't organize the kitchen cabinet, and I didn't bake.

Let's be honest we are most critical of ourselves.
I am having company over tonight so I just need to tidy up the house after school. Hoping to get work done during the day so I won't have to take anything home with me this evening.
Today's JDI list: -refill vitamin tray -wash dishes -wipe kitchen counters and stove -general tidy/pick up of the living room, dining room, kitchen before company comes over

Baby steps, baby steps, baby steps. How I love that concept! It's just so freeing to realize that I don't have to get everything done at once.
With that in mind, my plans for today -
- puppy training (ongoing) - start dog obedience classes this evening - go get my mail from the post office - get milk and fresh veggies - living room PUPA and sort (do as many baby steps as possible) - other tasks?

Maybe I should just make a weekly JDI list!
Well, let's see, I should have 2 hrs. between getting home and going for DD, this evening, so, hopefully, I'll get some of the tasks done during that time.
JDIs for today: - paperwork - Organize kitchen cabinet - Organize desk - Dinner prep. - Pick up DD - dinner, dishes, pack lunches
