I took a baby step yesterday, placing digital photos into a desktop folder to eventually upload to our church's website. Hubby unexpectedly stepped in while I was gone today, and did the rest for me! HMMM! I wonder if that will work for OTHER projects? LOL!
Crossing many minor things off my daily list. So satisfying!

Been out most of the day so nothing to report. Did the usual ETEing and went to an organizational photo meeting at the library. Got some good ideas on scanning.
Stomach is fine. Went out to lunch with GFs from HS!
Fleur: Welcome back hope the vacation was fun! Nice that DH surprised you.
WL: Glad you were company for the lady. Too funny about your hair coloring psycho bathroom.
Karen You've been busy!
Vanilla Housewife: Sounds like a fun class for DD.
Jo: You have inspired me with the photo saving, and going to this class gave me some answers I was looking for.
Bubblegum: Glad I could help. I do it each month too. I have a file for each month, and papers go into it thru out the month, and then in the new month, the old one gets filed.

Just a few of the things I got done today:
Washed, dried, folded and put away 2 loads of laundry.
Cleaned out 3 of our garden boxes.
Cleaned out the fridge, washed food containers that I took out.
Scrubbed laundry room freezer – DH left a beer in the freezer and it exploded.
Cleaned laundry room, swept floor, pulled out fridge and vacuumed coils and swept behind it.
Tossed 6 empty cardboard boxes from the garage to recycling.
Swept my side of the garage. (The other side is DH’s workshop)
Planted 6 gerber daisy plants I got at Costco yesterday.
Windexed mirrors in living room and foyer.
Windexed long window next to front door. (Full of dog nose art)
Emptied fireplace ashes. It’s almost 90º today. I doubt we’ll use it again till fall.
Helped DH hang new screen door for back door.

Got up this morning to rain and heavy winds, yesterday was a clear sky and sunny day, go figure? Anyway I had to attend a seminar of sorts on how to have a safe and preventive approach at work and was inside all day. We learned how to do evasive manoeuvres when held by the arm, wrists, by the hair or bitten... My wrists and neck are sore, but I'm sure it will be ok by tomorrow. There is a second day Thursday, more theory in the morning and more practice during the afternoon this time on holding someone and transporting them safely without injuring ourselves. Always nice to refresh my memory as I don't use these techniques very often. Came home in traffic, yuck, went to the vet to have cat checked and undo the sutures, she is fine. Gassed up the car, went to the bank, the mail box and the grocery store for a few items, DD asked for homemade pizza for supper tomorrow. I also brought the trash bags to the curb so I won't forget in the morning. Should work on my class assignment but I'm beat. Taking a shower after I finish picking up in the kitchen then pjs, a cup of herbal tea and relax before bed. I get up at 5:30; will not need much convincing to retire early tonight

Been keeping things moving along here. This weekend we enjoyed some getting stuff done time as well as some garage saling! Loved that.
Yesterday the girls and I got some stuff done around here. Still trying to work out our computer. Some programs aren't working quite right as well as the printer. Am going to have a different friend's DH come help us, I think.
Today was our last normal day of co-op. Next week we have end of the year parties. So for the first two hours of co-op I asked if I could help organize one of the storage areas. Worked for about an hour by myself, then the director of the co-op came and we both finished it up! We sectioned off areas for each of the various classes and marked them. Should make things easier to access and put away. I loved doing that stuff!
After co-op we headed to get groceries, stop at the library, then home for dinner. Loved that I made extra pizza last night, so an easy dinner for us! Yea!
Well, am going to try to make bread tomorrow, then Thursday we may get to go pick strawberries!! We've never been since we've been here! Really excited!
Hope you have a great night! Cya!

Busy gals! Love to hear that!
Kimberly: Loved the dog art! That is such a cute saying.
Bubblegum: Who wouldn't be tired after all that?
Wendy: So glad things are going to slow down some for you.
~~~~~~~~~~ Was out yesterday mostly, but in the evening was able to do some branch work.
Hi, sorted out a huge load of clothes today - not even mine, I emptied my mum's wardrobe when she passed away. Have four bags in the boot for the charity shop and two bags for a charity collection on Friday. I wouldn't have said her wardrobe was that big, but it filled three suitcases and an extra bag of coats! Even dragged the bags with me when I moved as I hadn't done it beforehand, got DH to get them out of the loft to sort today! Like all jobs I put off, it wasn't that bad when I actually did it ...
Not much done around the house though, will catch up tomorrow. Have a good one, everyone!
Jo, good job on the digitals!
Kimberly, I got so tickled seeing the "dog nose art" too funny! You got a LOT done!
Bubblegum....sounds a little like combat training! glad they are teaching you to avoid getting hurt and avoid hurting.
Wendy, busy day! Hope you enjoy the strawberry picking .... brings back fun memories!
Diana, you always get so much done!
VH, I know it feels good to have that sort behind you. What a blessing that you're donating the clothing.
Did dailies today and finished up laundry. Still need to fold towels and sheets but have a meeting to go to in a few minutes. will get them later, or tomorrow.
Yesterday I managed to get a complete quilt top sewn together. I'd already done the cutting and some sewing, just took the 2 hours to complete the top. It's for a customer so will get it on the frame and quilted as soon as the current quilt is completed...hopefully this week. Also managed to finish up a mini quilt for myself and get fabric cut for kindle covers. Will get those stitched up tomorrow morning I hope.
Have a great evening all.
Yes Bonnie, unfortunately sometimes it is combat when they try to claw your eyes out  but the government doesn't like to pay us to stay home on sick leave because we got injured at work. So they teach us how not to get hurt! DD came to supper with her DBF, we had lots of laughs. Before they arrived did the last few days of dishes, made myself lunch for tomorrow and started laundry. We made the pizzas and had some of the cold pasta salad I had prepared. DS arrived shortly after he's now doing his laundry. I had a few things to get in the shed but it started to rain hard, will get to it tomorrow. I shredded half the pile of papers when she left, watched a show and took a shower. Off to bed I go!
