Great job on the tossing everyone!

Have had little bits here and there going out along with the daily recycling. Going to tackle my quilting kits this month and pare those down.

Still working in the office

to the donations/schools-10 packages of decorative printer paper, 12 small notepads, 2 boxes of markers, a box of colored pencils, 1 15 piece set of decorative cutting scissors

to the trash -- 10 more manuals for things that have already left the house or were given to the ex, a stack of papers that were sorted and deemed "shreddable" and 3 briefcases that are too small for my new laptop.

New total.....815......and still haven't made a dent!!!

Getting on the tossing bandwagon, better late than never! A company that takes donations has now set up a truck near my grocery store. It's really easy now on grocery day to drop off a bag of something. No excuses now.

I started by taking a bag of clothes last week. Time to start another bag. As summer approaches it's a good time to try on everything and toss what doesn't fit.

BL, I bet the school loves the decorative paper and the rest of the donations! What a great idea.

Have been tossing odds and ends myself....nothing of real note and most of it into the trash but at least things going out the door! Love that!

I asked my son what clothes of his in his closet I could donate, since he moved out, and he said all of them, but a few things. So I did that today, 20 items that filled three garbage bags! Now our guest room closet has room for guest's clothes!

I also tossed a very-stuffed garbage bag of paper, from emptying a file cabinet drawer. It's hard to stop once I get going. I told my hubby that I "am without Ruth"! (Ruth-less!)

Minimal tossing here, other than the regular recycling.

Did toss a gladware container, last week and a stretched out hair scrunchie, yesterday.

Had to toss my magic bullet last week....it pretty much died. Haven't replaced it yet...may not while the heavier duty blender works well. I make a smoothie almost every morning for breakfast so a blender is pretty much essential. In addition, there's the usual recycle and trash.

Tossed an old handbag - strap broke. Tossed one of DD's knit blouses - collar torn, can't mend it. Tossed a small, empty lotion bottle. Tossed a couple of dust cloths. Tossed a whole bunch of kitty fur/dust bunnies!

1 charcoal starter chimney
1 net shopping bag
3 pr. woollen socks
1 icecream scoop
1 pair work gloves
3 books

387 + 13 = 400
