Mary, grief is a funny thing, it pops up when least expected and I know a lot of people find anniversaries particularly troubling. Grief and depression are very similar in making it hard to concentrate. I sometimes have "woolly" days, too, and not much gets done.
Often when we feel a bit "off", we see how well others are doing and make comparisons, forgetting that they, too have periods when nothing seems to be under control. Or we see how many problems they have and feel overwhelmed to respond.
You seem to have been doing really well on the whole, so I pray that you will soon feel that you are back on track. We'll all be thinking of you if you do take a break from posting.
