Three of the ladies have a birthda in April in the group, and they had cake for two of them and I brought cookies for the third, without any planning! We sang happy birthday to each of them and had a nice time.

Went out with DS2 for dinner (wife is out of town) and had a nice time, with lilacs for mom afterwards! They smell sooooo nice and are from my old yard. Put half in my bedroom to smell while asleep!

Didn't get to the filing . I can do it tomorrow when I am home. Picked up candy to bring on Easter, and went to my class. The lady is closing the store. I am so sad. Hopefully we may be able to continue classes somehow at other places.
It will save me money, but it was more the challenge of doing te cards, etc.

Tried but failed to complete Thur & Fri. tasks today. While I hoped to be able to use the Smoker tomorrow for Salmon entree, there is so much snow I can't pull the patio doors open. Since it's minus 3 C, Good Friday's dinner will be baked in the oven.

There was a big sale I wished to visit but this day just got away!

I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed with everything I have to do. Trying to focus on baby steps and Just Doing It!

JDIs for today:

- Scan/print/fax documents
- Timesheets
- Submit review/comments
- Mail bill payment
- Take DD for dr's visit/check-up
- Gather tax documents
- Call/make tax appt.
- Take DD shopping for school supplies
- Paperwork/file

There's more, but I think this is all I can manage for today.

I totally understand about feeling overwhelmed Bless. I am feeling the same way.

JDI's for today**Maybe I should say 4-day weekend list:
-clean the bathroom (counter, sink, toilet, tub)
-mop kitchen and bathroom floors
-vacuum entire house
-wipe kitchen counters
-wipe dining room table
-clean off dining room table
-2 loads of laundry (load #1 in dryer, load #2 in washer)
-strip and remake bed linen
-wipe coffee maker *started
-paperwork (pick up, sort, toss, scan)
-planning and marking school work
-clear out email inboxes
-figure out recipes for supper tomorrow (having a guest over), and what I am making for the potluck on Sunday

Me time:
-read book (read a couple more chapters)
-relax outside (get some fresh air and sun) *bbq for supper
-play computer game
-jewelry making

Ladies,
I am so sorry some of you are feeling overwhelmed! Just remember to breathe and take a babystep. Reward yourself, and DO NOT feel guilty if you do. Things wait, and things can wait. We definitely are not perfect, but we are strong and do many things each and every day. Please don't place more pressure on yourselves than you already have on you.
