Some inspiring productivity here, ladies!

Sorry to be quiet - DD is over the chickenpox now but I've gone down with a bug instead! Getting better now, so will be back to normal soon.

DD keeps announcing 'mum, we need to celebrate Easter' so we are baking and crafting here. Heaven knows how many e numbers are in cupcakes with coloured icing topped with haribo but they are bright!

I'm aiming to do some laundry and shopping today.

Have a good day everyone.

Purdy - Wow look at you go! I have homework from college too, but unlike you I haven't even looked at it yet. It is amazing the excuses I can come up with not to start it yet wink

Well yesterday afternoon DS and I played Lego until dinner. After dinner we watched some shows on tv.

Today I am out all day. This morning we have story time with ds at the library, then we are going to visit my granddad in the afternoon. We will leave there around 3pm and go straight to the in laws as it is FIL's birthday.

I am home all day tomorrow so I am hoping to get a lot done. Especially as it is snowing here so my warm spring weather has disappeared, so no pottering in the garden frown

Last night I got an email from my lawyer, we are on our way to closing at Mom's.

I called the mold remediation guy last week, he was supposed to come/call Monday, still haven't heard from him. My stress level is going up, up, up!!!

Today I am going to assess the house and see what has to still get out of there other than the furniture. I have a feeling it's more than I think.

Had an afternoon and stayover planned with DGF to get my last three months on a new quickbooks program, I think I will cancel. It's always a late night when she stays.

Have work this morning in NJ, on the way back I'll get gas and cigarettes and save a few dollars.

Keeping the prayers going WL that this is the final phase of the sale. Goodness they have dragged their feet!!!!!! Not surprised your stress level is up!

Karen:
Sounds like a fun day.

Today I am out most of the day also. Monthly sewing group and lunch, and then dinner with DS2. Will have some time before I leave for the sewing group to work on my JDIs!

Diana - Yes I am pleased with it, there is still a lot to get done but its coming along.

Karen - I know what I'm like. If I don't get it done early then I will forget to do it at all. I like to spend the early hours doing class work as the house is nice and quiet, its usually really noisey.

Today I got the bathroom done, a little bit more in the garden, and another bit in the bedroom.

I've taken more photos but the camera batteries ran out, so they are on charge for the rest of the day.

My dog is sleeping his way through this afternoon, so looks like no training today. His booshed. LOL!

Just when I think I can keep up with you gals, you strap on the jet packs and away you go! LOL Great job of productivity going on around the world!

Waterlady, praying that the final steps of the sale go through without a hiccup!

Karen, what fun to be able to play legos with your lovely boy!

Vanilla, sorry that you and dd were ill...glad to see you're feeling better.

Diana, sounds like a fun day!

Purdy, you are one busy girl!

Have been doing the dailies and laundry around the house. Also working on customer quilts and my own quilt....Excited to get mine finished. In between I'm reading on my kindle. I want to do a little purging but unfortunately the kindle does a real good job of gluing my backside to the chair! wink

Have a wonderful afternoon all.

Bonnie, glad that you are able to do your "regular" stuff, hope you are feeling better, PTL.

Had an insane day. My first job I was under pressure to finish by a certain time 'cause the customer had to leave by 11:30, I cut my thumb wide open with a razor knife and almost by the looks of it was bleeding to death! ROFL.

Went to the hardware store for mom's new lights for the porch, can't find what I want, then to the grocery store for Saturday, then got gas 30 cents cheaper/gallon, cigs $3/cheaper per pack, then to the women's shelter, darn, missed a beautiful cast iron pan to a woman who was asking my advice. Hope she enjoys it!! I have enough anyway, but was a real bargain.

Cancelled my dgf's visit today, will reschedule for next week, and my DGF from upstate may come down next Wednesday for a few days, so we may have a wild mid week party, Laura will join us too. I think I will need a "break" by then.

hi diana

i called back sears at 5 last night and he told me the price and i ok'ed it, but by the time the tire guy called back at 7pm, i was too tired to go get the car b/c i had been up since midnight.

wed i woke up at 11am and picked the car up at noon. that must be THE time to go to sears b/c i was the only one there. i did the dailies before i left (still no mail) and got back in time for dool. i ran the vac in the gbr, then took a bath and mowed the forest. i read for an hr, then jay came over. i fixed a grilled cheese but he wasn't hungry, then i made some scalloped corn. i'm on here for the rest of the night

Great going on getting to Sears and no other customers being there. LOVE that!

Purdy:
I think you have done great in your room, even the dog is more relaxed! LOL I too, do my work in the AM, my energy level is high then. Sometimes I get a second wind later in the day, but not always.

WL: Praying all things settle down for you.

Bonnie:
You are my hero! Amazing all you do while recuperating.

Have a class early this afternoon, so will do a few things on my branch work, before I leave for the class. Have leftovers from dinner last night for my dinner this evening, so no cooking to do!

Trying to stay on top of things around here. Some days it's harder than others. The last couple of weeks have been on the harder side. Now to focus and get cracking!

Hope you ladies have a great weekend! (Can you see what I want to come quicker??!) : ) Cya!
