We usually do brunch with my family now that I'm divorced. Before we would do a big brunch have extended family and friends over and have an egg hunt for the many kids. Simpler is good although I do miss the laughter of the nephews and nieces. I still bring them smaller chocolate treats a few days before easter.

I'm not even sure if I'm off work or not this year. As for decorations I have a salt and pepper dispenser in the form of bunnies I do display on my kitchen shelves (three shelves at the end of my cupboards) and they look more spring like than really easter so I also keep them there until end of summer. I add plants and an elfe looking lady. Would like to add a decorative egg for the living room, will go look at winners or something and find a Fabergé inspired egg wink

We have our egg fill today. Supposed to have about 25 people coming and there's something going around and a lot of people are sick so we're down to about 18. Hope to do 1000 eggs.

Also doing it Tuesday afternoon with one of my daughter's clubs at school so we'll take those as well.

Since DD#1 & family will be in Wisconsin for spring break until the Saturday before Easter, we will most likely be going out for lunch after church & stopping by to deliver DGDs Easter baskets later in the afternoon.

I need to shop for the items to put in those baskets. I'm not sure if I will do that this week or early next week. I also need to get Easter cards & a little something for DH.

Bubblegum:
I am sure you will find another way to celebrate Easter.

Kimberly:
What a wonderful thing. Hoping you and DD don't get ill from germs being passed around. Great job!

Hartbe:
Sounds like a good plan.

I am mailing out gifts to the boys, sending cash to get what they want....with all the electronic things, they can get music, etc.

I am keeping Easter nice and simple this year. I got some cards that I need to mail tomorrow.
