Nothing to report done over the weekend. Been mentally planning items to sell at the card store garage sale. Will pack up a few of them later this afternoon.

Also need to plan a day to take my books to half price books for sale. Haven't been there in ages.

The weather is back in the 40s. We were spoiled with 70 and up the past few weeks. Boo Hoo. All the flowers are blooming as are the trees. Just beautiful. Having had rain the past week, the grass is so green, and my favorite dandelions are popping up all over too!

Dianaro, weather here has changed too....bbbbrrrrr! But tulips are coming up, hostas and daylilies too and the ground cover is already filling in. SO even hired the neighbors son to clean up all the branches in the yard too. I am finding those dandelions as well!! frown

Was off yesterday and wanted to get some things done but ended up being frustrated instead. Had SO's son with us all weekend(not our weekend so that was cool) and ran out to get a few items for breakfast and dinner and get the Sunday paper, and stupid me, lost my wallet. Came home frantic. SO helped me by going through the car and driving around, I went through everything else then ran back to where I knew I lost it and spoke to manager(they even pulled up the video to see if the kids in the parking lot had picked it up-couldn't tell), ran back home and cancelled credit cards, then spent almost 3 hours WALKING the surrounding area to look for it thinking someone would take the money and toss it and no luck. After I had a good cry and breakfast, SO took son home, came back and took a nap. Don't know why, but something told me to look in the car again as I hadn't gone through it...and I found it in the corner of the back seat. Even using his flashlight, SO didn't see itprobably cuz its small, the size of a business card case. Talk about a relief. Now I just have to wait for the new cards to arrive as they couldn't be uncancelled(I tried)

So nothing got accomplished on my day off.

I have at least gotten the kitchen cleaned up and did grocery shopping as well. Also got laundry done, having SO carry the baskets in and out for me.

Also managed to get signed up for the class and am trying to download some other programs that I need to use for the class. Have one more but it is proving troublesome. Won't be able to work on it til Thursday as have work and dr and therapy appointments the next 3 days.

Oh, BL, I had something similar happen to me also years ago, and guess where I found it? In the car!!!! Honest! I hear you on the pain in cancelling and all, but better to be safe than sorry, in case you didn't find it. Whew, what a relief!

Back to sweaters on in the house, and heat back on! Hopefully it won't last long being so cold. I want my spring back! LOL

Freeze warning last night....it hit 27! And to think that last week we were in the 80's. We had about a 25 degree change in temps just yesterday alone.....go figure. And yes, i turned my heat back on as well and am back to multiple layers, esp at work.

Yes Dianaro, it is better that I found it and did the cancellations. On top of all this, SO and his son weren't feeling well on Sunday and I had a mild upset stomach. Didn't realize what happened til on way to work yesterday. Had a leftover biscuit with a tiny bit of butter on it and before I got halfway there, I had to pull over and got sick. Did the same thing 3 more times in the first hour and a half at work and spent the day sipping water. Felt good around 630 so tried something to eat and got sick repeatedly again. Ended up going home, stopping on the way at the store with the bad food and filiing a report with the manager. He refunded my money and told me to go get something else. Came home and totally vegged out then fell asleep.

So....I guess all this means that the upcoming week will only get better!! Have therapy the next 2 days before work and will also see the dr on Wed.

Goodness this has not been you work for sure, BL! Good for you in filing a report with the store, but bad that you all were so ill. Luckily you didn't have to be hospitalized. Really scarey.

It is suppose to go up to near 60 today. I can handle that.
We didn't get as low as you did. Crazy weather.

Got some more items out of the ROTM yesterday. Between the garage sale and books. Have some items to put away, and bring up, and things to package for christmas that I have made during the year, and then I think things will look a lot nicer and I will be finished!

Need to make up an index list of stamps, etc. after I do the garage sale so I know what all I have . I did that with my CDs and photo boxes, what a great thing. When I was looking for photos to share with my grandson, I was able to pick the right
box out from the bunch that I have, just from looking at my index book. (just put the lists in a binder)
