Enjoy your grandchildren, Diana. They are such a gift. Hope Gypsy gets better soon.
Hope your DD is better soon Bless. This is a sad time for you and illness doesn't help.
Tina and Bless, we are supposed to be making maple syrup and are all set up, but the weather is so strange that we haven't had a good run yet and don't have enough for a good boil-up!
I'm just recovering from the family visit, lol. It was lovely to have them here. DGD wasn't too well unfortunately, but she still had fun on the whole. Oh these childhood colds and coughs, it is too bad they catch everything.
Went to optician today. One lot of laundry tackled. Crocheted round a few squares while watching a movie.Too tired to do much, so will try to catch up tomorrow.

Bushlady: Homemade maple syrup! Yum! I am reminded of the Little House books/series!
Well, I'm glad I didn't plan on doing anything much this evening! Meeting was over by 8:30 p.m., I picked up DD and got home by 9:50 p.m., returned a couple of phone calls, visited cousin, and just came home (11:00 p.m.) :p

Bless that was one looooong day for you. Hope you went straight to bed shortly after you came home! Don;t know how you do it!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Today is the big day! My DD2 and grandsons will be arriving. Just have shopping to do and it is so nice having some decorations up to greet them!
Baked a chocolate loaf cake yesterday for snacking and will pick up a few other things today. Planning easy dinners/lunches so we can visit every minute!
Do not know how often I can get on, but they are leaving on Sunday, so only a few days stay.
Thanks Bless! Got the shopping done and am awaiting their arrival. Things are working out that we can all be together on Friday! TYG! May take DD2 out for her birthday on Saturday. It is the following week, and I don't get to treat her to lunch or dinner on her birthday usually! Maybe a show also. Love when things work out so well. See you when I can.
Way to go everyone!
Not doing much tonight. Been going through and checking/catching up on emails. Been a long week at school. Also paid my bills.
Still plugging away slowly but surely on the report cards.
I have so much to try to accomplish this weekend. Trying not to stress about it all.
Hope all went well, Bless
Since last posting I've been stripping down the guest beds completely and laundering all bedding, not just the sheets and pillowcases, to get them fresh for spring. I had to buy a new vinyl mattress cover for one.
Today:
3 more loads laundry - done grocery shopping and visit to library - done fetch towels and thin blanket up from basement and put in dryer to fluff fill pill organisers watch movie DVD with DH and fold one basket of laundry, crochet round a square or two
