Mary, I think we might call you Queen of the Babysteps! You seem to know how to break down each task into blocks that are manageable for you.

i ended up finishing up yest w 9 read then the blasted comp desided to update. i figured it was a sign and went to bed

wed i finished the last 16.

next goal on here:
read 26 wed md newsletters.... usually these link to articles on deceases i DON'T have so this should be quick

i'll read more goner newsletters each mon until i'm c/u w aol email. that way i'll have 3 to read at a time (2 minis)

next my other org mag. it comes 6x/week. i have 57 of those. i'll probably read 5/day

You do so well with catching up. I need to do that on my emails!

Working on my embroidery and getting the last of the towels I had started finished. Only 1 more to go after this one.
Have so many projects going, I need to FOCUS once again, and take one at a time. Just want to do it all!

House is in good shape and I finished up the branch for this week early! It helps to have company arriving, but didn't know about it until Monday evening as a definite!

This morning my DD is off on a home school trip with the charter school for two days in San Francisco. She is going to have a blast, I'm sure. They are scheduled to do SO many different and wonderful things while they are there. And, then Saturday she is performing at a music festival doing 3 performances in front of judges on her NEW clarinet! She is absolutely in love with it. She got it yesterday and was SO excited. She said that she couldn't even believe it was hers and was feeling queasy from the thrill of buying her first professional instrument. I must say it sounds so good that I was nearly brought to tears. Finally, her dad did something good for her. Only took 17 years!

I've got a whole day at home with no place that I have to go outside of this house. I'm thrilled! I'm finally going to try to get some type of order around here and go through some more of these boxes and get things put away. I am looking forward to it! Of course, I do have to do a little bit of "work" too.

That is wonderful Carol about your DD's new clarinet! Glad her father finally stepped up! Enjoy your quiet time. Lucky DD in San Francisco. Let us know how she does!

I am doing the happy dance. I closed on BBs house yesterday. Deposited the check last night. The buyer is now wanting some things removed from the house and the realtor agreed to do it just to get the closing to go through. House was sold as is and I am done with it. Buyer's realtor seems unprofessional to call during the walk through on the closing date and make demands about items she wanted removed. But the money is in the bank and the two realtors can figure the rest out. One huge load off my mind. Do I hear an Amen!
