Mary your decorations sound awesome. So glad you're enjoying the month.

Bushlady I'm so glad you dress shop is getting into the spirit. It makes it fun for everyone.

Diana I'm glad you have a parade in your city. They are so much fun.

That's great news. Maybe they have grown up enough to allow the rest of the city to enjoy regular parades again. LOL
It's so sad how a few can spoil all the fun for everyone else.
I'm so glad the parades are back.

Since I'm only a third generation from Ireland I love St. Patty's day. Of course there aren't many here in Oklahoma. I celebrate and always have. had planned on a party but I have to go to church with DGS that night so won't be able to.

I will say my decorations are simple but I always have the green beer. I did learn to put the coloring in first. So much easier.

I made Irish Soda bread and have taken it it to school today. So far it's been a hit. It does taste really good. I was afraid of waiting until this morning to fix it but I will from now on. I will say I sooo wanted to cut into it when I got it out of the oven last night. It smells wonderful baking.

Mary
Just had to share this with you, one of the gals that I attend classes with, made me a cute door hanger for St. Pat's day, I now have a decoration! Thought you would feel better knowing that.
