Wendy: Hoping all is well. I didn't know what ND stood for though.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Well got my tax information gathered (so nice to be a GONer) and have all that I needed in it's own file. I did find items that were not necessary in the files so I have more shredding to do, but not today.
Did my babystep in the basement. Brought up a bag of trash that can go out tonight.
Vacuumed a couple of the rooms, will finish tomorrow . DS2 is coming over for dinner. DDIL is taking her mom for radiation. Please say a prayer for her mom. She is my friend too, it is hard.
Waterlady - Sending prayers for DD's cat. It is heartbreaking to see them ill. Well my brave little boy has finally turned a corner today. Not only has his appetite returned, but he has been more alert. He still has a runny nose and a chesty cough, and he is pale, but he has even had the energy to be his normal mischievous self for part of the day. As he was feeling a little better I went into school this afternoon and house wise I have managed to vacuum and mop the ground floor
Karen Great to hear DS is better. TYG! I hated when the kids were ill! Couldn't concentrate on doing things!
~~~~~~~~~~~ Decided to finish up the vacuuming and mopping. DS2 and I shared dinner and a visit.

Another nice day here yesterday. I had the doors open to air out the house. Sun is shifting, house is brighter and the days are longer. Love it!
I finally got everything faxed to the accountant. I have to cancel today with DGF on correcting the quickbooks program, I have a job this afternoon.
I got a lot of stuff together and put it on ebay. Hopefully it will sell and I will have gotten rid of another bin of things. Took a while, but got it done.
Went through another bag of recipes and tossed most of them. Picked up the mail and went through that also.
Cooked some fish for dinner, talked to Laura on the phone, then watched some tv and fell asleep. Finn is still limping, so I massaged his leg a bit, do dogs purr? LOL.

Diana, ND is for Naturopathic Doctor. He will deal with supplements and herbs, but since he is a doctor of Pharmacy, he also deals with conventional meds. Kinda the best of both worlds. He won't prescribe anything until he has scientific proof of what the problem is...another reason why I like him!
Catch back with you all later! Cya~

Karen, glad DS is doing better, kids at work are sick too. We had to take 3 of them to see the doctor!
Productivity yesterday included taking DS to work, his car is broken. I went to IKEA (5 min from there) for some needed items. I got a basket for my knitting, one with a top so kitty won’t cut my yarn or run away with it! I also got a platter for the coffee table, hopping all of DS's 'stuff' will stay in the platter and will be easier to find its way back to where it belongs. This way I figure I can see the table and think 'well, there's only ONE thing on the table'.
I also got a gadget for my tea and two dessert bowls. Only splurge item was a set of 3 glass cylinders. Tallest for a candle (so kitty doesn't splash wax all over, again) the lowest will work beautifully for bulbs (I like to make them bloom inside ahead of spring) it will also work as a salad bowl or floating candles... at 16$ for the 3 I thought it was a good buy. The platter I originally wanted was 40$ but got the 10$ one. I visited a friend afterwards and then off to work.
Today I drove DS to work again, came back home and finished branch work, did laundry, dusting, dishes and bathroom. Now getting a bite to eat and meeting a GF from work for some shopping. May have to pick up DS and then... dunno yet!

Good Luck Wendy!
Woke up to snow, had to meet my plumber at 8 am. The roads were ok even though we had a school delay. Job went quickly.
Went food shopping on the way back, spent a little more than I wanted, but the sales were too good to pass up with the crazy food prices lately. I will use everything I got shortly. Splurged and bought a bag of shrimp for Friday night dinners. (great sale price)
DD's cat almost back to normal, the asthma is under control for now. Finn is still limping despite the massages he gets, I'm just watching him.
Have to go back out to the bank, then I'm in until tomorrow I hope. Hope to make some progress in the house today.
