I have been working a lot this week!

My desk still looks good - AND I've been using it smile

- cleaned the litterboxes
- Rerolled my living room shades
- Doing laundry
- making soup on the stove and have wings in the crock pot
- dishwasher is going
- moved some boxes of food from kitchen to basement
- moved litterbox (trying to move it back to the basement but one cat is resisting)
- sent out a design i'd like created - I'd really like the seal the deal on this pending order, and I think paying my artist $25 will do so smile
- one hour bike ride

Diane, Be careful, I moved one of my litterboxes a few months ago and I didn't think the cats would mind and they ended up peeing in my office!

I know! I am moving it little by little. It ended up on the main floor a few years back due to a sick cat. He's been gone since the end of April and I move it so far, and my psycho cat freaks out. Thing is there are a bunch in the basement and they are using them there as well - I just want them ALL back down there. <sigh>

Right now it's in the doorway between the dining room and kitchen. Last week I tried to move it from the DR to the kitchen near the basement door and she peed twice where it had been. So I put the food there and tucked the box around the corner. Problem is I keep walking in the room and scaring her when she's in it, hence moving it right to the doorway. Now I'll see her. Plus I'm not sure she saw where I put it in the kitchen, this time she should be able to since I only moved it over about a foot. Next time will be a few feet.

Long slow process - hope it works!! This one cat doesn't cover her poop and it is toxic smelling! frown

I wanted to take the one out of my office because it creates so much dust and my computers, printers, etc are in there. They had two so I didn't think moving the one would be a big deal but they went in there and peed right where it had been. Just put it back rather than try and fight it. Good luck!

I have a great dust free litter, but it still tracks on the floor. Such a mess. At least it's out of the living room. Sometimes I think of moving it to the sunroom but bottom line is I just want it in the basement. And yep, she peed twice right where it had been for a few weeks when I moved it out of sight last weekend. So now I'm keeping it in her sight. wink

Success! She's pooped in the slightly moved box so here's hoping I can move it closer to the basement soon. smile

Got over 3 hours of work in for one job this afternoon.
Washed LR floor and gave a quick mop of hall and kitchen. They need a better washing though.
Have almost all the clothes put away.
Almost done with my last borrowed book! smile

Ah ladies I so miss my beloved Lenny but I sure don't miss the cat litter. Good luck in moving it and I hope they are not as stubborn as my boy was.

Well busy day yesterday (Sunday). We had visitors in the morning and in the afternoon I cleaned all the outside doors of the kitchen cabinets, wiped down all work surfaces and cleaned the sink.

DS is full of cold today so no nursery for him and no school for me. So instead of 30 seven year old's and a literacy lesson I have 1 four year old feeling very sorry for himself bless him.

The plan for today is to try and get small jobs done as DS allows. At the moment he is sitting on my knee so I thought it was an ideal time to quickly catch up on here smile

Karen:
Sorry DS is ill. They get so clingy when they are sick, but nothing like little arms around your neck holding on!!!

Diane:
Hopefully it will work. Frustrating how stubborn cats can be!
Mine seems to be able to tell time, and when it is time to eat and go to bed and he is relentless! What a nag he is! LOL

Well I did my babystep downstairs yesterday, and a few other things, and then I vegged all day. Did some embroidery but the light wasn't good for some reason, so I gave up. Slept, and watched tv, must have needed it. Raring to go today.

Thanks Fleur and Diana.

Today I tackled the top of the desk and files, got that all sorted out. Made the final adjustments to the course file, and organised my back pack a bit better.

Iv started on under the desk which is full of books, but ran out of time, as I had to do the lunch. I hope to finish that tomorrow.

Yesterday I took a nice walk with the dog, it was sunny and bright out!

Came home, cleaned the bathroom, worked on cleaning out a drawer that had some costume jewelry in it, so purged and straightened that out.

Laura made dinner and brought it over, they BBQ'd yesterday.

DD called, she had gone away for the weekend and her new cat was very ill when she got home. She rushed him to the ER and he has heart problems. She just lost her older cat to the same thing less than a year ago. (congestive heart failure) We are waiting for the echo-cardiagram to come back this morning, and DD is up the wall with worry. He is an adorable cat I must say.

I'm being lazy this morning, need to get dressed and get momentum.
