Health Goals*Focus on eating more healthily I want to match or improve on last months weight loss
*Increase exercise - exercise for 30 minutes 3 times a week at least.
House*Continue with the decluttering
*Work on a master list of jobs that need doing - Started this last month but need to add details to the list I jotted down.
College*All up to date on assignments.
*Print off notes for presentation on the 9th
*Make sure folder is ready to be handed in on the 9th
Friends*Weekly meeting with the girls
*Weekly playdate with Elly and her little boy
*Feb 3rd - Night out with DH and mutual friends to celebrate DHs birthday and his friend's birthday.
*Feb 17th - Best friend is back in town for the weekend so we will be out on this night.
