Yesterday evening I had chili in the slow cooker, a chicken on the stove and beef in the oven! I made soup and a bean salad. I froze half of the soup and chili. This morning went for another walk, so nice outside. Showered, dusted the master bedroom and in the guest/DD's room. Ate and played on the puter for a while. Now getting ready to pay my bills and do home accounting. During the weekend (actually 3 days) I've dusted everywhere, sanitized the bathroom, all linens are clean, grocery and batch cooking is done; only thing left is washing the floors before DS comes home by 6:00. If I keep up with ETE I should be good for the week! My next day off is Monday, got to make it last. Usually I'm not very productive on my day working week, but will try and do at least 30 minutes of cleaning and picking up daily (plan to use the timer) and then work on different projects I've got going on, for about an hour each evening. These are the projects I've chosen for this week: knitting, weeding out recipes and downsizing files. I thought I'd put the stuff out on the coffee table but don't like the idea of the clutter so I opted to write it big on a post it above my lap top, just to remind myself...

Doing well everyone! In the past two days I have done some ironing, vacuumed and mopped the ground floor, and vacuumed the bedrooms. I have also done some grocery shopping and 1/2 a days volunteering in school. Not bad for someone who has only had a few hours sleep in 48 hours due to DS having a ear infection

Karen: Those ear infections can be hard on the little ones. My oldest boy use to get them often. He had to have his tonsils out due to it as he was starting to have serious side effects. Call me GONer mom! LOL
Bubblegum: You are doing so good. I like to do other things while tv is on too. Sitting there without something to do, puts me to sleep! LOL
Happy to report DS2 over and moved boxes down for me, along with cleaning out my vacuum. It got clogged with the shredding I vacuumed up. I thought the belt wore out, but it was fine. I also needed him to move his car so I could get the valentine's decorations. (Only one bin, YEA!).
Was able to finish up the valentine craft I made for the family, and will start on candy or baking after I stop at the store tomorrow.
The weather is warming up (TYG) so I won't have problems with the cold and going out.
Have a lovely evening.

Oh Diana, it's warming up here too tom'w. I don;t know about you, but it's been such a mild winter here....
Karen, please watch the ear infections, they can do terrible damage to hearing if you don't. Another GON'r mom here.
Worked this morning, it actually felt like a January day, cold, but tom'w will be delightful

Thank you Goner mums He is susceptible to them so I keep a close eye on him the moment he complains about his ear. He was packed off to the doctors yesterday with DH, but the doctor said although it was red there wasn't an infection so to just see how he goes. I hate that as it usually means we have to go back for the antibiotics the next day as he is screaming in agony. Us mums know the first signs, but the doc won't prescribe until the infection is in full flow. Fingers crossed this is the first time the doc may be right as DS slept all night and just said it hurts a little bit,but it is better. Home day today in any case.

Hope DS is better today Karen.
Worked yesterday, made some stops on the way home. Took myself out to breakfast,(fast food pancakes), I have them about once a year.
Stopped at the florist to inquire about herbs for the wedding decor, have to call back today. Picked up some bubble wrap and boxes from the vet's, saves me money and recycle as well.
Got 2 loads of laundry done. Made some calls, have two appointments this morning, then DGF is coming down to use my copier and a quick visit.

Ksren: Hoping DS is better today.
Waterlady: We have had a much nicer winter this year too. I could handle that each year!
Sounds like things are coming together with the wedding plans. Cannot wait to hear all about it!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Decided to work on the linen closet now that the guest room and closet from Branches is done. It needs a tweeking and maybe some more items donated!
Sounds like everyone is doing great with productivity this month. Great job everyone. I keep thinking I'll be able to report some productivity but right now mine is narrowly focused on coming back from a combo of chemo and radiation treatments....so all my productivity is focused on rest! It's frustrating because there are things I want to do but I have to really focus on resting and recuperating..... never thought I'd ever get frustrated with that!  I'm going to go ahead and start our February thread for us but will leave this one active for today. I hope everyone has a wonderful Tuesday!
Oh Bonnie, the most important is for your white cells to be productive!!! Do rest to give them a leg up! I'm sure your family would agree and won't mind the house as it is. (((hugs)))
Work is stressful, I may be back on the daily calling list and loose the replacement I have now. Trying to keep my game face on. Home, well so far I have eaten. DD will come tomorrow for supper, not sure she'll be staying the rest of the week as the family dog will be put to sleep on Friday and she wants to stay home as much as possible.
I might as well use the time tonight to organize some stuff in the closet in her room and be done with this week's branch work. I've got a basket of clothes to fold and a paper pile that has to disapear, then relax and probably knit.
Definitely rest and let those cells build up. Your family will pitch in while you need them....'
Bubblegum: Hoping the work situation settles down for you. Sorry about the family dog. That is hard to cope with.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Did a babystep this morning, routines and ETEing, went to class, doing laundry now. Taking care of grandpups this evening, and hope to do some crafting.
