So glad you "dressed" for the party. I love to do that, and even though sometimes they kind of think I am nuts, they get into the party too! Keep up the partying Waterlady.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU!

Diana and Karen - I do hope my back sorts its self out soon too. The physio did warn me I would have up and down days over the next two months,so its basically getting on with the exercises and cross fingers.

Iv had a few days off houswork, Iv had a migraine and a lot of stuff going on getting Dad ready for hospital etc. Iv still not recovered my motivation to do much so Im just trying to rest up

Waterlady - hope you had a fantastic birthday

Purdy - Keeping my fingers crossed for you too.

Thursday I was in college then at my granddads in the afternoon and shopping in the evening.

Friday - I visited a old friend in the morning and met my dad for a late lunch. I did some branch work when I got home and I had a lazy night last night.

Today one load of laundry is on the line outside drying and the second is in the washer.I am hoping to get some more jobs done this afternoon.

Purdy, hope you are on the mend!

Thanks Diana!!

We have had such a mild winter, it was 60 out yesterday. Delightful. Took Finn for a ride to the store.

Cleaned out my pocketbook, filed all receipts, etc.

Washed and put all the dishes away. House is in good shape except for small pile emerging on the counter again.

End of Kitchen branch this week, and I still haven't found a place for the pans in the oven yet, nor did I get the mixer put away, still have some baking I want to do. It can happen, LOL.

DD coming today to take me out. Have some errands to do this morning.

Such a nice morning. Love having DH home.

Getting ready to head out and run some errands. Will be picking up and friend of the girls' from church that will spend the night with us. Should be fun!

Hope everyone has a great day!

Haven't had time to catch up yet, need to clear outta here! I'm going for a walk with DGF while her kids are at diving practice. Then I'll be back and clean this place!

I'll post my list from yesterday:
Kitchen: I washed a load of dishes, washed my coffeemaker, washed my kitchen sink, wiped my counters and stove.
Laundry: I washed 2 loads of laundry.
Stripped and remade my bed linens.
Bathroom: Wiped my sink and tub. Wiped the toilet.
Cleared out my email inbox.

Been working on the guest room, along with the craft room. Some of the items had to be put into the craft room, that were in the guest room. More todo, but babysteps. I also did 2 baby steps in the basement.

Thanks Diana today (Saturday) is the only full day I have had at home this week, so I wanted to make the most of it smile

My mum and step dad popped in for an hour. After they had gone Dh and DS went to the in-laws. I stayed home to wait for the gas engineer as the central heating kept tripping the electric off.

I now have hot water and heating again AND I got 6 hours to myself to potter around and to catch up on missed tv shows. It was heaven smile

The second load of laundry is dry and the third lot has been washed and is drying. I sorted out some cupboards and the junk drawer in the kitchen, filed paper work and began next weeks branch work.

I have bagged up some more donations from today's organizing and ebay sales and I have spent the evening cuddling with DS and DH. I missed them both even though I relished the alone time.

Off to bed now night all!
