I updated my list... Cancelled workout with df today since DD was home sick and dh was busy with work. DD decided she was well enough to go to school. Hopefully I wasn't hasty in sending her back. We didn't think she was all that sick yesterday... talked to the principal and she said that there's nausea going around without any throwing up... Dropped the desk off and now I'm wondering if it was even the right place... gal wasn't home although I thought she was supposed to be. and her directions about an open door after the fact don't add up...

not feeling so hot myself...

Things went so smoothly today I even finished up the shredding and it is in the trash already!

Waiting to go to the bank for some spending money, and then shopping and dinner with my friend.

The weather is beautiful today (in the 50's) and not going to last much longer, so am glad I can get out to enjoy it some.

See you tomorrow.

Plans for today are being cancelled due to the weather. That is better no one would enjoy themselves worrying about getting home during the snow and wind. More time to sort! LOL

Today:
Routine and ETEing

Craft room
Laundry

Hope all of you have a great day.

Yesterday is past - today is a new day (I figured that made a good intro).
- assist DS some more
- sewing (baby steps)
- visit Mom
- start packing up Christmas decorations

For today -
- pack up Christmas decorations; put away
- sewing (baby steps)
- online commitments - morning and evening
- sorting/tossing/reorganizing (baby steps)
- other tasks?

Hope you are soon feeling better, Maureen.

Yesterday did almost everything on my list, still have a bathroom to finish. Prepared bottles yesterday and this morning DH and I bottled some Merlot. Now we have to let it mature a while, ideally.

Haven't done much as I have been pursuing a strange phone call, which apparently came from a number out of service. Probably a telemarketer as we've had several recently.

Today's JDI
Take nap - DH had to go out really early this morning, then I got woken again by the srange phone call, so I'm kinda dozy!
Finish that bathroom
Do some more leisurely sewing or decluttering, which are what I feel like doing.

Maureen:
Hoping you are feeling better.

The snow hasn't stopped here since 9 AM. So glad common sense prevailed. Lucky I can stay home.

Bushlady:
I wonder how the telemarketers get thru. Suppose to be on a no call service!

Bless:
I wish I only had a suitcase to pack! Good for you in keeping it to a minimum, I am a dish and linen freak I guess!

Darlene:
That was a great intro!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I am glad I put the day home to good use! First off I cleaned up the papers on the floor left from shredding, and then proceeded to dump another bag of shredding over that! Picked up what I could and then vacuumed up the rest! Proceeded to finish sorting and cleaning up the craft room. I even made time to finish up a project that I left for months and I don't knwo why.
So a happy dance on finishing up the room and project.
I also did about 4 batches of laundry. last one in the dryer.
I sorted thru some gifts and put them into an under-the-bed storage container and removed the christmas things to go down with the christmas gifts downstairs. Will bring those down when I go do the babystep.
So all in all I accomplished a lot for not planning on being home today. How did you all do?
