Well we had a lot of snow (8-10'') and no one wanted to go out on to the roads, much less with our passengers! So we all went out in the backyard after supper and played in it instead!! I bet they'll be sleeping well tonight, I know I will. I'm feeling better, less cramps.

Just wanted to say good night, I'll be back tomorrow with reports on my productivity!

Bubblegum, soo sorry about your aunt, but glad that you did have your time and talks with her. Playing in the snow sounds like fun. Just be careful on the roads tomorrow.

waterlady, soo cool about the wedding dress.

got a kick out of the small world comment as it happened to me last week too. Took SO to the holiday party and he sees someone he knows, hubby of one of my coworkers! We ended up sitting at the table next to theirs and they visited the whole time we were there.

Dianaro, congrats on finishing the craft room.....when do you want to come over and work with me on one of my projects???

I am making progress with the house. Holiday decor down and all put away with the exception of the tree....SO needs to do that as I cannot with the limitations on my use of left hand.

Have been working in the office and have the desk almost cleared and am working on setting up file cabinet for new year. I also am looking at some new projects for this year. SO wants to get his clothes integrated into the master so I will be moving out some of my stuff into the guest room. Decided that this year will be one project at a time and with so many things finally coming together on paper heavy things(irs, loan mod, other taxes & stuff with ex), I have decided to keep the focus on the office, figuring that the month of January could actually get me done in here.....now wouldn't that be cool!

gonna do 20 mins in here then get ready to go to dr and work.

I had one job yesterday morning, came home determined to get the LR and DR under control.

I can't believe how much room I feel I acquired since I got rid of the EC and moved the tv. Gave the LR a good cleaning, still have to vacuum the couch and put clean covers back on them.

Packaged up some (small) items for the attic from mom's house, I just can't get rid of them quite yet. Got the Christmas tablecloths and runners packed up also. Used the large ziploc bags from the dollar store, they are very handy and work well.

Today I have to go to the lawyer's for the physical signing of the contract. Hmmm, he is in a great shopping area!! Target has bins on sale, I really need a few.

Will finish the DR when I get home, then work on the paper pile that is growing on the countertop again. Would like to finish making the tiebacks for the new drapes in the DR also. The sewing machine is on the porch temporarily, so it may be too cold to sew out there this weekend.

BL, I need to work in my office next, it's starting to pile up again. Darn, how does that happen so fast?

I think I am going to go into work and cover lunches today - which means I'll be there till 3 or so. I think we have a full house which means I'll be in the back corner till the guys take lunches then I rotate through their seats on the counter.

Then I'm going to come home and run weather permitting (I have to stop using that excuse). I sure feel like going now as the sun just came out but I am already showered and dressed for work.

Then work on my desk. Picked up another project yesterday and I really need the desk to be cleaner and I haven't done much since last week.

Last night I ended up working on finances and catching up on emails after work so even though I didn't clean, it wasn't a total waste.

Was able to go down into the basement last night after dinner and clean out a storage container that held all my gift bags, ribbons, paper (flat). Tossed a good number of tags. Still tossing more boxes for recycling! Where the heck did they come from?

Well Diana, you probably thought you needed them to store things but now that you tossed most of your stuff out, you don't need all these boxes!!

Productivity, DS came home last evening just before me (around 10:00) and it was like a bomb went off! He did clean up a bit, picked up his clothes, did laundry, but the kitchen counter and coffee table were a mess, made this small apartment look bad all over. What choice did I have? I did not want to look at it all day and 'maybe' have him clean it up tonight... possibly having to deal with it during my weekend off.

He was saying how bad a week he was having never finding the time to do the stuff he wanted, being disorganized and missing deadlines... I can only help so much; if he's not receptive to my ideas on organisation then he must deal with the consequences. He's relying too much on others and doesn't want to take time for essentials. Okay mommy rant over.

Pupa, dishes, more laundry, swept and washed the floors. I swear if he leaves anything out of his space I'm throwing it back in! whistle My week wasn't peachy either. Now to tackle 'the bills'...

Dianaro - Thanks about the Stationery, I do have a tendency to buy to much of it.

Bonnie - So true about the money for carering.

Bubblegum - glad to hear your feeling better.

Dad was up at the main hospital in London today, so it was all quiet for me.

I got two lots of sorting in the bedroom done. Iv moved all my projects into boxes and labeled the front and they fit in a space space inbetween the wardrobe and beauro.

This afternoon I made my dog another house coat - this one has sleeves and a hood. I made it from wine coloured polar fleece.

Just tell him the easy steps to ETE! If he doesn't do it, he cannot eat in the living room anymore! It is like you said, you work hard too. Time for him to face i

No, I have no clue why I saved so many boxes. I know for christmas shipping, but enough is enough. I think I will fill up the recycling AGAIN this week!

Purdy:
Awwwwww that sounds so cute, sleeves and a hood! Will he wear it? I have been cold and I wonder if Gypsy is? She doens't seem to thrilled with a tee shirt on, but I purchased an argyle sweater for her, maybe I can try it and see if she likes it.

I love papers too, and stationary is a downfall of mine along with the cards!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Went downstairs this morning and moved out a few bins of gifts, sorted thru the rest of the gift bags, swept some of the floor,
sorted some of the gifts by category. Still more to put out.
I also started a donation pile of things I had down there too.
Looked thru one of my receipe binders.
Busy busy I see ladies! Well done to all of of you on all you got done smile
Today at home I have cleaned the bathroom, done a load of laundry and done some ironing. I have also filed paperwork and took all the recycling out.
Outside of the home I have been to playgroup with DS then to visit my granddad then grocery shopping.Oh and I squeezed another visit in to my cousin who is leaving for New York today.
Pooped now so off to bed night all!
