WELCOME BACK! Glad you found your way again.

Purdy:
My dog does that too. Funny how they show us their minds and what they want or don't want to do. Goodness, those are pretty bad winds. Like Chicago! LOL

Waterlady:
I know the feeling! Darn hard to do some things alone. Grab those boys and get that tv up and the other one out!

Did the breakfast room packing this morning, first thing. Have a breakfast date with my DSIL for her bday. Then home and hopefully finish up the room and move on to the dining room take down. I also worked in my craft room with rearranging some items. It is going along nicely, and hopefully will be able to find things when I want to make some cards. Had better finish this week, so I can start on Valentine gifts.

Hi Karen, you're right, I do have some fitness but wow was I feeling it yesterday! I am in no shape to do doubles and I have to get there. I think today will be my day of stretching......

Got a lot done on the desk last night. I had planned on dumping it into a box but I actually started to go through things right away and I'm glad I did. I really only have one big pile in a corner I can't reach to take care of now! smile

Also finished backing everything from an old external drive onto my new one. I now need to compare a few folders as I think some are dups from when I thought my internal was failing. Just have to delete the stuff from the old and then I'll give it to my bf to use. I don't need 3 external backup drives!

Boy did I lose motivation today! I was doing ok this morning though I got up late. Went to one job, went to my 2nd to find out the managers computer had died and him thinking it was Monday, never called to tell me. I covered lunches till 2pm and came home. I had high plans...... all I did was delete the stuff of that external hard drive, overate and futzed around with some other files. Well I washed the stain out of my winter coat too. Just wasn't what I had in my head! Then late this afternoon another boss gives projects for a Friday party which I could have done today had I known earlier! Ugh!!!

On the plus side I nailed down plans for a new project on Friday.

Pretty happy, packed up a couple more bins, and then took DSIL out for breakfast this morning. Came home put the duvet and shams on the bed, worked in the craft roomm for a babystep,
cleaned up laundry room. Put one of the donation bags in the car,and worked on embroidery. Going to relax after dinner and work on more embroidery.

Tomorrow, early, have crochet group.

Hey there, I just popped in quick to say "HI!". I hope you all are having a wonderful start to 2012 so far.

I'm not going to go into detail on my productivity, but just give a quick update. We did get some things scheduled today for the movers to come and gave notice for our housing. We're on the move...AGAIN!! This time we're headed to sunny Southern California. We'll be pulling out of here the last week of January - hoping to be at Disneyland in time for DS's birthday on Groundhog Day.

Another change in store for us is when we get settled in CA, I will be homeschooling the kids. I'm scared and excited all at the same time!

Ya'll have been very busy and productive! Great start to the new year for everyone!

I think I'm finally back to nearly 100% after a bout with dehydration....it's good to feel nearly normal again! My treatment schedule got rearranged so I'm off treatment til the 16th. I'm hoping I can get lots done between now and then.

sweetpea, good to see you back again! I'm glad to see you again.

Pam, wow, another move....seems like you just did move. Bet you'll be more than up to the challenge on the homeschooling!

I've been puttering each day as I have energy and getting maintenance things done. Dgd and dh have been helping too so things are doing pretty good. It's good to be able to keep up with it.

Keep up the great work everyone!

Productivity today included taking DD to work and back, taking DD to buy her text books and other school supplies, grocery shopping, washing the front door and one wall in the dining room, getting DD's bookcases anchored to the wall (a friend's husband did the actual work involved), and tidying up the house a bit.

Ha! Yes, we did just move. Less than a year ago, as a matter of fact. We left Minnesota on 20JAN2011, and are checking out of our house here on 20JAN2012. This time it wasn't a surprise like last time, though. We have more than 8 days to pack up and move. laugh

Well I didn't get back on here last night, but I did continue with my productivity. I also fitted in a nap to make up for the sleep deprived night.

Yesterday I rearranged DS's room and put him some new posters up. I also vacuumed that room and the master bedroom.

I began to sort out under the stairs and I will continue to do so.

Today I have cleared the surfaces in our bedroom so far.

Trying not to feel overwhelmed, but worrying about DD#2's party and all that needs to be done, woke me up about two hours ago and I couldn't get back to sleep. So I finally got up and started journaling/praying to the Lord. That seemed to help, and now I have somewhat a plan for today.

Please pray for me this week. There's a lot going on.
Today I need to:
-call to schedule massage (dh is encouraging me to get one tomorrow)
-bake cake so it can freeze (dd wants an ice cream cake)
-run to church to get lessons for AWANA tonight (I forgot to pick it up yesterday, and I'm filling in for a teacher for a few weeks)
-school girls
-tidy/clean more for party on Sat.

DH told me last night that he wants to take Thursday off to celebrate DD's bday just the four of us. I told him it was okay, I'd just have to kick things into gear, so I'll be ready for the party without stressing out. (I'm stressing a little.)

SO...I'll be baby/toddler stepping today to get things done. I'm also combating the thoughts of everything being "just perfect". Really want to enjoy Saturday and not be completely wigged out. (I just typed "wigged". I don't think I've ever typed/said that before!)

Hope you all have a great day!
Cya!
