Well BF and Max the dog still not home but last night I remembered BF has tonight off also so I may not see them until tomorrow. I did go searching driving around this morning no sign of them walking around they must be comfy. I hop Max is being fed it doesn't look like he took any food with them.

Found where bf is staying will be home tomorrow. Called neighbor she let me know they are OK. Also he has found an apartment for Feb 1, but wants visitation rights to Max on his days off. That is fine with me gives me a break especially if it gets too cold. Can't say cold today it is almost 75 now feels great for me. Wish it could stay this way.

Dishes done when I returned now it is time to take a nice nap seeing I didn't sleep well last night. Then work on my cross stitching

So far, today has been a quiet day for me. I went to my Bible study this morning. I walked there and back even though the wind chill was close to minus 30. I would have been walking about 10 min each way - I dressed warm.

For the rest of this afternoon, I need to get moving and do some stuff! Here is my list -
- sewing (baby steps)
- PUPA (baby steps)
- sorting/tossing/reorganizing/cleaning in my kitchen (ROTM)
- do an online search for a Bible study guide for the Mon morning group
- other tasks?

So glad you heard about Max and the BF. Hope they are home again. Nice he cares about the dog!

Saw a lady with a really sweet dog when we were coming out of the restaurant today, whose name was Happy, and he was so sweet. We petted him and loved him up, and when we were walking away, the lady had Happy wave goodbye! Too cute.

Texasnana: Hope Max comes home well-fed and rested. Good of you to have taken the step you needed to take for your own happiness and well-being.

Darlene-You are a brave soul. I've been pretty whimpy and we are having pretty good temps for this time of the year. I think I'm just focusing on inside, as I know that the minute it really gets sunny and warmer, I'll be outside in my garden and not get anything done in the house.

As for my walk yesterday, I was able to check out my cold weather clothing and it worked. I was comfortable in spite of the temperature. That was a "normal" winter temperature for the area where I live. We've had an unusually mild winter thus far.

Power was back on yesterday when I got back from church. After lunch I headed back out for grocery shopping, etc. and was miffed when I learned that the drug store doesn't even stock one item on their flyer. It wasn't too cold out so I walked around with my shopping bag on wheels and then returned to the supermarket for the rest of the stuff.

Got the sheets changed and laundered,and hung up in the basement, and put in a load of clothes and dried them.
Tossed a whole lot more paper!

Today:
Dust and vacuum downstairs
Spotclean carpet (where do those little black marks come from?)
Mail birthday card and letter.
E-mail DH's cousin
Go to Spanish conversation group if weather permits (freezing rain warning)
