Way to go everyone.

Back at the very beginning of this thread, I said I was scared to begin but I wanted to work on paperwork goals. I really need to make a list and get myself organized. Paperwork and virtual paperwork are huge on my agenda right now.

-deal with the 2011 paperwork
-find tax paperwork for 2011
-start files for 2012
-sort and store paperwork
-file paperwork
-clear off coffee table and dining room table
-clear out email inboxes
-scan paperwork and sort into files (folders)

-bead (jewelery) *crafting
-declutter

I have an offer on BBs house and have been getting the paperwork together to send to the court. So far I have printed 70 pieces of paper and will have more when the buyer signs off. I wrote the letter to the court already and will change the date when I get the rest of the papers. She wants to close in March and will get a home inspection once the court approves the offer. I am praying for a good home inspection. The end of this saga is near. smile

Happy Birthday to Diana!

I am rolling along on my goals to complete before I start back to work on Wednesday. Only one more to cross off!

- Set up new household files for 2012
- Finish Quilt #1
- Meet with teacher at Charter School
- Catch up on dishes and laundry since we haven't had any hot water
- Wash car
- Sort through boxes in "hallway" closet and purge. - In Progress

I did accomplish something that wasn't on the list and that was to help DD finish the quilt she was making for her BFF. Hurray! She's gonna love it!

Finally got to the files and sorted thru them All set for this year. Need to shredd the old ones a little each day.

Started the dining room branches for this week. Did the laundryroom on the weekend. It looks so much better than before!

I fulfilled my first goal and that was to get back on GON for the New Year!

I will come back and start making a list, but it will be very close to what many of you have posted. All I know is that I need to let go of some of my old goals and things that went with them.

I don't have the energy or strength to do all that I had wanted to do in the past, so I need to let go of some things that I've collected in the past that I won't be working on in the future. So this is going to be hard as I figure this out.

It's always good to come back, isn't it, Karalin? I know what you mean about letting stuff go that was collected in the past. I also have stuff like that which I will probably not work on again, and one part of me would love to let it sit there, "just in case". Like you, I'm still trying to figure this out. Good luck with your GON activities!

Well, I sorted out my laundry room today, all except for cleaning the floor. It looks so tidy that DH got inspired and wants to paint it! I tossed the faded hummingbird feeder that I hadn't got around to cleaning yet (it actually cracked when I handled it). I tossed some plastic bottles including some abrasive cleanser that I never use now, which inspired me to grab a couple of plastic cans of cleansing powder from the basement stair storage and set them aside. That is an area yet to be tackled, but I've nailed two on my goal list so far.
