Way to go everyone tackling their houses in order to start the New Year fresh. A big part of this for me is to deal with the mental clutter filling my mind and the clutter that is my email inbox right now (I haven't been online as much as usual and it has really piled up).

Tina, It's okay to just delete anything that's not really important.

I got a great start today.

Dusted all the lamp shades. Cleaned all the light fixtures & mirrors & dusted all the baseboards & door frames.

DD just cleaned out her bathroom. She has a big double vanity and often has clothes on the one side. Just set aside a large pile of t-shirts, etc to toss.

She just brought me a huge pile of all of her elementary school class pictures, awards, etc and asked me to scan them. Yay Sam!

I just saw this now. I'm on board and will be working on this tonight. It's going to be slow going, since DH can't help much. But any bit of progress is better than nothing.

I was out for most of the day, but I did manage to get the refridgerator door shelves cleaned. I tossed some expired condiments, wiped the remaining jars & bottles, & washed the shelves & door.
