I haven't been on the forum in several months, but I have made a few accomplishments over the year. I counted items I was tossing for a while, but quit after I forgot to log a couple of big loads. I think I have donated close to 200 clothing items this year. I managed to get 91 clothing items out of the house tonight for donation tomorrow. I am still working through the clothes, but I've just about conquered them! Hope to have the clothes under control by the end of the month, then tackle mounds of paper!! I have found that I will keep an area organized once I get it done. My bathroom was a huge accomplishment!

Found a few more decorations to toss, broke a few more while putting up the tree ( ), and continued on the looking for more and found more clothes too.

Up to 2820.

With the work in the office this week, I will easily pass the 3000 mark.

Tossed 4 bifold doors that were used as shelving in the garage rafters.

4 sets of Christmas lights, a wreath, tree stand, 12 boxes of gold Christmas balls, box of Christmas house decorations, assorted kitchen knives, serving spoons, etc. (27 in all) handful of pens/pencils, box of cleaning supplies (18 in all) I am still finding Kitchen stuff in the garage!!

BL- I'm with you, I think I might make the 3000 mark by the end of the year, I haven't started in the portable garage yet and mostly everything in there is GOING. Don't you feel great getting rid of all this "stuff"!!!

Lots tossed today!

I cleaned out the junk drawer last night, and tossed some screws, will recycle some batteries that leaked (6) and assorted things I have no idea what they are for. When I do the Christmas stuff, after the holiday I know there will be lots donated or tossed.

Going through christmas decor that is not going up this year due to lack of motivation, and have added4 dozen "space filler balls" to the donate pile. These are the kind that go in the bottom back of a big tree so something is there. The tree is now smaller and I am putting on less ornaments, and only nice ones!

Also tossed another 25 assorted decor items, boxes and lace trim I found.
