Day Two
One ten minute session, and one fifteen minute session. The later was a little bit long, the alarm went off, but I had to clear the floor and that took another five minutes.
Today I managed to clear the floor by the wardrobe (a free-standing closet) so I could get at the empty bottom draw. I had already thought to assign my shoes to here, as I usual just wear one pair to death. Any T shirts I had already decluttered and moved to a nearby chest of draws.
I found my boots (snow boots, a pair of thigh boots, and ugg boots) wouldnt fit, so Iv put them in the basket in the bottom of the wardrobe. The rest of my shoes (courts) and ankle boots are in the draw. The court shoes one end and ankle boots the other.
It showed I mostly have black footwear, so I need to get some more colour in there.
I also put any shoes I had question about etc into a bag to trial.
I tossed two pairs which were so worn and faulty that they wouldnt be any good to anyone. I have a tendency to wear footwear to death. I should get in the habit of re-heeling etc.
I put any spare hangers in a plastic waste bin in the bottom of the wardrobe as well.
I have three bags of paperwork to go through later, if I feel up to it or put that forward for a session tomorrow. This is a habit I have, gathering up everything downstairs in a bag to take to my bedroom to sort through but never get around to it. I must make a new habit to not do this.
I also started a bag to donate, sell, not read(this is full already, I may need to go through it and be ruthless).
Count of time so far: 45 minutes
